The play tells the story of a group of kids whose electronic devices suddenly stop working, forcing them to embark on an unexpected adventure of jump roping, ghost stories, and games. “The students displayed impressive concentration as they immersed themselves in the roles of the characters they portrayed,” said Mrs. Kaethe Grabenhofer – SIS Grade 3-5 Music Teacher. Through the storyline and characters, SIS Gecko students were inspired to think beyond screens, explore their imaginations and build meaningful connections in the real world.  

Each student brought a unique energy to their roles, earning enthusiastic applause from parents and teachers. Their success culminated with months of dedication, teamwork, and passion. Since August, the young Geckos had been rehearsing twice a week under the mentorship of their drama and music teachers.

Mrs. Boram, SIS Parent, shared, “The show was amazing. It’s so much better than I expected. The quality was top-notch. My child enjoyed preparing for the performance and loved the whole journey. Thank you to the SIS teachers for everything.”
