On November 29, 2024, Li chun'e,  chenxiaobo the dean and vice dean of Luohu Academy of Educational Sciences led all the teaching and research staff of the middle school to Huamei foreign language school to observe and guide "hundreds of people listening to thousands of lessons". The teaching and research staff listened to 13 lessons in total, carried out collective lesson preparation activities for 9 divs, and finally gave feedback.From 7:30 in the morning until 12:00 noon, the leaders and experts of the Education Science Institute provided professional and detailed guidance to our school. This class observation and guidance activity is the final work of the "one hundred people listening to one thousand classes" program of Luohu Academy of Educational Sciences. Huamei foreign language school, as the only private school in the visual guidance work, is honored to launch all the courses of the Bilingual Department.

The classes of young teachers are wonderful. Teacher Wang Yinsi's English class is poetic and picturesque, Teacher Xia Cuifang's Chinese class is passionate, Teacher Xu Ruliang's maths class is meticulous, and Teacher Lu Yanyong's geography class is always captivating. Chen sigang's physics class took the students to the playground to do experiments in the sun. Mr. hejiayi's biology class, Mr. Yang Xia's Chinese class, and Mr. Tangying and zhanghongyan's English class have their own merits.

After retiring, the old teacher unleashes his residual energy, wielding his precious sword to slay dragons, exuding a magnificent and majestic aura.Luo honglian, the implementation of curriculum standards for old teachers and researchers;  Yeqing's physics class was repeatedly reported by provincial and municipal media; Teacher Fanping's Daofa class was firm, and the students he taught participated in the high school entrance examination. The excellent rate reached new highs.

During the break, all the teaching researchers and teachers communicate with each other, give guidance, or share teaching materials and analyze teaching cases; Or analyze in detail, systematically explain, preach the proposition reform, and guide the direction.

In the centralized feedback link, all teaching and research staff believe that the teachers of all subjects in our school have solid basic skills and clear teaching design ideas. At the same time, they also hope that teachers can give full play to the advantages of the school's "small class" teaching system and mechanism, improve teaching effectiveness, and make every child develop.

Vice Dean Chen Xiaobo fully affirmed the design and application of our school's teacher guidance plan, which is a good method to improve teaching effectiveness and shows that the achievement of excellent teaching quality in our school is not accidental.He also highly affirmed the characteristic teaching of composition led by Principal Hu Shaoming of our school, and suggested that more attention should be paid to the teaching of "small compositions" in English and history subjects, and that we should take the lead in the reform of teaching evaluation in Luohu, exploring a path for the integrated education in Luohu.
