Lunar Aspiration

逐梦月球

The moon has grown to hold a special significance for us in human culture. We are reminded of “change” when we see its shape morph night over night throughout the year. We use the cycle of its change to measure the passage of “time”. In the never-ending cycle, we see “immortality”, “rebirth”, and the concept of infinite cycles. The moon, in short, is not just an orb of light in the cycle. It holds a significance for us beyond the surface we see every night.

月亮在人类文化中已经拥有了特别的意义。每当我们看到月亮的形态一夜一变，跨越四季，我们就会想到“变化”。我们用它的周期来衡量“时间”的流逝。在这永无止境的周期中，我们看到了“永恒”、 “重生”以及无限循环的概念。简而言之，月亮不仅仅是一个天体，它承载着超越表面光辉的意义。

Maybe that is why in 1969, humanity’s dream of reaching the moon became reality as astronaut Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon, uttering the immortal words, “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.”

也许正因为如此，1969年，人类登月的梦想成为现实。宇航员尼尔·阿姆斯特朗踏上月球，留下了那句不朽的话：“这是人类的一小步，却是人类的一大步。”

In that moment, the world was united in awe, as a feat once thought impossible was achieved through the relentless pursuit of knowledge, innovation, and courage. The Apollo 11 mission wasn’t just a triumph of science and engineering; it was a testament to what we can accomplish when we dare to reach beyond our grasp, to explore the unknown, and to turn our aspirations into reality.

在那一刻，全世界的人们都为之震撼，因为曾经认为不可能的壮举，通过对知识、创新和勇气的不懈追求实现了。阿波罗11号任务不仅仅是科学和工程的胜利，它还见证了我们敢于超越自己极限、探索未知，将梦想变为现实的勇气。

Standing on the lunar surface, Armstrong and his crew reminded us that no dream is too big, and that with determination, even the most distant goals can be achieved. The moon, once a distant beacon of wonder, became a symbol of human potential and the endless possibilities that lie within our reach.

当阿姆斯特朗和他的队员站在月球表面时，他们提醒我们：没有梦想是太大的，只要有决心，即使最遥远的目标也能实现。月亮，这个曾经遥不可及的奇迹，成为了人类潜力和无限可能性的象征。

Reflecting on Achievements

反思成就

Life is less about following a predetermined path and more about navigating a winding road with unexpected turns. Each detour, each stumble, isn't a setback but an opportunity to redefine what success means to you. It's okay if your journey doesn't look like anyone else's. In fact, it's more than okay—it's wonderful.

生活并不是简单地沿着一条预定的道路前行，而是更像是一条曲折的道路，充满意外的转折。每一次绕道，每一次跌倒，都不是挫折，而是重新定义成功对你意味着什么的机会。如果你的旅程看起来与他人不同，那也没关系。事实上，这不仅没问题——而且是美好的。

As we stand in this month of harvest, let's broaden our definition of what it means to achieve. Achievements aren't simply about the trophies on our shelves or the titles before our names. They're also the inner victories—the moments when we choose kindness over anger, when we pick ourselves up after a fall, when we find peace among chaos.

在这个丰收的月份，让我们拓宽对成就的定义。成就不仅仅是我们书架上的奖杯或名字前的头衔。它们也是内心的胜利——选择善良而非愤怒的时刻，在跌倒后重新站起来的时刻，在混乱中找到平静的时刻。

I propose that we measure our achievements not just by external accomplishments but by our internal growth. By the courage and the wisdom we've gained through experience, and the authenticity we've maintained in a world that often urges us to conform.

我认为我们不仅通过外在成就来衡量我们的成就，还要通过我们的内在成长，经历中获得的勇气和智慧，以及在一个常常迫使我们顺从的世界中保持的真实。

Appreciation

感恩

First and foremost, let us appreciate the sheer miracle of being alive. Imagine this: the chances of you or me existing, just as we are, are close to 1 in 400 trillion. To be here, to feel, to dream – it’s a miracle beyond words. By birth, each of us is already a winner in life’s greatest race. Destiny has chosen us to walk on this earth, to leave a mark, to love, to create.

首先，让我们感恩生命本身的奇迹。想象一下：你我能够存在、能够像现在这样生存的几率，几乎是1/400万亿。能够在这里，能够感知，能够梦想——这是一种难以言喻的奇迹。生而为人，我们已经是人生大赛中的赢家。命运选择了我们，赋予我们在这个世界上行走的机会，去留下自己的印记，去爱，去创造。

But this precious gift of life asks something of us in return. We must not waste it. Let us not lose our days in distractions, or drift through our lives without purpose. Instead, let us love fiercely, create boldly, read deeply, learn always. Yes, life will bring us challenges, and yes, we will stumble. But every time we fall, let us rise again, stronger and wiser, for life is too precious to waste and too brief to hold back.

但这份珍贵的生命礼物要求我们付出一些回报。我们不能浪费它。让我们不要在琐事中虚度光阴，不要在没有目标的生活中漂浮。相反，让我们热烈地去爱，大胆地去创造，深刻地去阅读，永不停歇地去学习。是的，生活会带来挑战，我们也会跌倒。但每一次跌倒后，让我们更加坚强和智慧地站起来，因为生命太珍贵，不能浪费，且太短暂，不能停滞。

Festive Joy

庆祝

Coming back to our personal life, it is also essential to celebrate every little milestone we’ve reached on our aspiring journey building ourselves and every endeavor which we give back to the community. One of the most important lessons I've learned is the joy of celebrating small steps. Each community event that I successfully wrapped up with Sydney Swans fan engagement team, every interaction with culturally diverse fan base, each new registration of potential match goers, each junior football sessions I completed at local school campus – these were small victories, small moments of connection and positive impact that brought immense satisfaction. This taught me that true joy isn’t just found in monumental achievements, but also in the small, daily progress we make towards our goals.  By acknowledging and celebrating these small steps, we fuel our motivation and find joy in the journey itself.

回到我们个人的生活中，我们也应该庆祝每一个我们在奋斗过程中取得的小进步，每一个为社区贡献的努力。我学到的最重要的一课就是庆祝小进步带来的快乐。在悉尼天鹅队球迷参与团队中成功完成的每一项社区活动，每一次与多元文化球迷群体的互动，每一位新注册的观赛者，每一次在当地学校校园完成的青少年足球训练——这些都是小小的胜利，是连接和积极影响的时刻，带来了极大的满足感。这让我明白，真正的快乐并非仅仅来自于伟大的成就，而是在我们为实现目标而迈出的每一步小小进展中。通过肯定和庆祝这些小进步，我们能够激发自己的动力，并在过程中发现快乐。

Let's make celebration a part of our daily lives. Let’s celebrate jubilant holiday atmosphere with our loved ones. Let’s celebrate our successes, our connections, and the diversity that makes our world so vibrant. Let's find joy in the simple things and celebrate the unique beauty of everyone around us. Let’s carry the spirit of celebration with us—it’s a powerful force for good in the world.

让我们把庆祝融入到日常生活中吧！让我们与亲人一起庆祝欢乐的节日气氛。让我们庆祝我们的成功、我们的联系以及让这个世界充满活力的多样性。让我们在简单的事情中找到快乐，庆祝每一个与我们周围人不同的独特之美。让我们带着庆祝的精神前行——它是这个世界上强大的善意力量。
