在这个寒冷的冬季，鲸帆的校园里笑声满满，茶香四溢，这是为同学们准备了一份特别的礼物——“冬天第一杯奶茶”！12月18日晚，一场充满温馨与意义的港式非遗奶茶体验课在学校举行，吸引了中一至中五的同学们踊跃参与。

On the chilly evening of December 18th, the Kingfan Campus was filled with laughter and the smell of tea as students from Form 1 to Form 5 joined in a special Hong Kong-style milk tea experience, celebrating "the first cup of milk tea this winter.”

本次活动由港式奶茶皇、港式奶茶第四代传人、池上奶茶品牌创始人——余庆池先生亲自指导教学。作为传统奶茶非物质文化遗产的代表性传人，余先生不仅将港式奶茶的传统工艺传承下去，还通过自己的品牌让更多人品味这份独特的文化。

The event was led by Mr. Yu Qingchi, the "King of Hong Kong-style Milk Tea" and founder of Chishang Milk Tea. As a fourth-generation heir and a representative of this intangible cultural heritage, he preserves and shares the unique culture of Hong Kong-style milk tea.

在活动中，同学们不仅学到了如何调配一杯正宗的港式奶茶，还深入了解了奶茶背后的历史和文化。余先生耐心细致的讲解，使得同学们对港式奶茶的制作工艺产生了浓厚兴趣。看着同学们专注的眼神和满怀期待的表情，我们仿佛感受到了港式奶茶背后那份代代相传的匠心精神。

During the event, students learned how to make authentic Hong Kong-style milk tea and discovered its history and culture. Mr. Yu’s detailed explanations sparked their interest, and we could see their focus and excitement, feeling the tradition behind the craft.

亲手制作港式奶茶，不仅是一场别开生面的体验，更是深港文化与教育的精彩交融。通过这种独特的学习机会，同学们了接触和了解了一些香港传统文化，也让他们在享受美味奶茶的同时，进一步加深了对文化遗产的认同与自豪感。在余庆池先生的指导下，同学们体验到了传承与创新的力量，感受到了香港深厚的文化底蕴。

Making Hong Kong-style milk tea was a unique experience that blended Hong Kong and mainland culture. Students learned about traditional Hong Kong culture and, while enjoying the tea, gained a deeper appreciation for cultural heritage. Under Mr. Yu's guidance, they experienced both tradition and innovation, feeling the rich cultural legacy of Hong Kong.
