Duke of Edinburgh
International Award (DoE)
This semester, we are launching another great opportunity for students: the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award! This globally recognised programme empowers young people to discover their full potential through a balanced combination of skill-building, physical activity, voluntary service, and adventurous journeys. Open to students aged 14 and above, the Award encourages independence, resilience, and a sense of responsibility while fostering valuable life skills that extend beyond the classroom.
Students set personal goals in:
Skill Development
Physical Recreation
Voluntary Service
Adventurous Journey
With the support of trained mentors and supervisors, participants design their unique path to success, earning Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels as they progress.
The Award is highly regarded by universities and employers worldwide, but more importantly, it inspires participants to grow as individuals, contribute to their communities, and embrace new challenges. Whether it’s learning a new skill, volunteering locally, or exploring the outdoors, the Award provides a framework for meaningful, character-building experiences.
