深化学术教育与产业实践的融合,助力学生明晰学业规划,近日,万科梅沙书院组织近60位学生参访全球新能源汽车领军企业比亚迪总部。


To deepen the integration of academic education and industrial practice and help students clarify their academic plans, recently, Vanke Meisha Academy organized a visit for nearly 60 high school students to the headquarters of BYD, a global leader in new energy vehicles.





比亚迪工作人员的引导下,学生们依次走进企业展厅、电池技术实验室与智能汽车生产线。在刀片电池针刺实验展示环节,学生们见证了比亚迪电池“不起火、不爆炸”的安全性能,直观理解技术创新如何改写行业标准;在云轨模拟驾驶舱内,高二学生亲自操作控制系统,感叹道:“课本上的物理原理竟能转化为改变城市交通的智慧方案。”


Led by BYD staff, the students successively entered the corporate exhibition hall, battery technology laboratory, and intelligent vehicle production line. During the blade battery puncture test demonstration, the students witnessed the safety performance of BYD batteries, which "will not catch fire or explode," and intuitively understood how technological innovation can rewrite industry standards. In the cloud-track simulated driving cabin, a Grade 11 student personally operated the control system and exclaimed, "The physical principles in textbooks can actually be transformed into smart solutions that change urban transportation."


动特别设置了“职业导师面对面”座谈环节。比亚迪邀请深圳市教育局职业规划委员会专家李博士,向学生拆解新能源汽车产业链中的核心岗位:材料研发、智能驾驶算法、碳管理工程等。“未来十年,新能源领域需要既懂技术又具备跨学科思维的人才。”李博士建议学生夯实数理基础,同时关注可持续发展议题。


The event featured a special "Career Mentor Face-to-Face" panel discussion. BYD invited Dr. Li, an expert from the Shenzhen Education Bureau's Career Planning Committee, to break down the core positions in the new energy vehicle industry chain for the students: material research and development, intelligent driving algorithms, and carbon management engineering. "Over the next decade, the new energy field will need talents who understand technology and possess interdisciplinary thinking," Dr. Li advised students to strengthen their foundation in mathematics and science while paying attention to sustainable development issues.




互动交流过程中,学生们围绕比亚迪的产业布局、技术优势及社会责任提出了一系列问题。有学生问道:“比亚迪为什么选择在深圳建厂?”专家从产业集聚效应、政策支持及供应链优势等角度进行了解答。针对“比亚迪如何做到价格更优、质量更好、技术更领先”这一问题,专家分析了规模化生产、自主研发投入与品牌战略的协同作用。对于工业废料处理问题,专家强调,公司已建立循环经济体系,并建议学生通过官网了解具体环保举措。


During the interactive exchange, the students asked a series of questions about BYD's industrial layout, technological advantages, and social responsibility. One student asked, "Why did BYD choose to build a factory in Shenzhen?" The expert answered from the perspectives of industrial agglomeration effects, policy support, and supply chain advantages. Regarding the question "How does BYD achieve better prices, higher quality, and more advanced technology?" the expert analyzed the synergistic effects of large-scale production, independent research and development investment, and brand strategy. On the issue of industrial waste disposal, the expert emphasized that the company has established a circular economy system and suggested that students learn about specific environmental protection measures through the official website.


访结束后,许多学生重新审视了自己的学习规划。曾对选科犹豫不决的同学表示:“今天才知道化学材料学是电池技术的核心,我决定高二选修化学,未来朝新能源材料方向努力。”带队老师指出,此类校企联动活动能有效打破“纸上谈兵”的教育局限,“当学生亲眼看到知识如何推动产业变革,他们的内驱力会被真正点燃。”


After the visit, many students re-examined their study plans. A student who had been hesitant about choosing subjects said, "Today I learned that chemistry and materials science are the core of battery technology. I've decided to take chemistry as an elective in Grade 11 and strive towards the field of new energy materials in the future." The leading teacher pointed out that such school-enterprise linkage activities can effectively break the limitations of "armchair education." "When students see how knowledge can drive industrial transformation with their own eyes, their intrinsic motivation will be truly ignited."




近年来,深圳市初高中学校联合本土企业打造“职业探索基地”,通过企业参访、项目式学习、产学研课题合作等方式,帮助学生在真实场景中建立职业认知。比亚迪企业社会责任负责人表示:“培养青少年科技素养是企业反哺社会的重要方式,我们期待更多年轻人加入‘用技术造福人类’的事业中。”


In recent years, junior and senior high schools in Shenzhen have joined forces with local enterprises to create "career exploration bases." Through enterprise visits, project-based learning, and industry-university-research cooperation, they help students establish career awareness in real-world scenarios. The person in charge of corporate social responsibility at BYD said, "Cultivating teenagers' scientific and technological literacy is an important way for enterprises to give back to society. We look forward to more young people joining the cause of 'Using Technology to Benefit Humanity.'"
