鲸帆研学之旅——走进自然课堂，感受文化之美

课堂之外，世界亦是书本；行走之间，成长悄然发生。上周，中一至中五的同学们走进光明农场大观园，在广袤田野间感受农耕智慧，在传统手作中体验文化魅力。这场研学之旅，是一次亲近自然的探索，也是一次知行合一的深度学习，更是素质教育与全人教育理念的生动实践。

"Beyond the classroom, the world is a book; every step brings growth." Last week, Form 1 to Form 5 students visited Guangming Farm Grand View Garden, learning about farming and culture. This trip combined nature, hands-on learning, and holistic education.

现代农业的发展如何改变我们的生活？初中部的同学们从参观机器化挤奶开始，了解现代畜牧业的科技力量。在草地上，他们亲手喂养小牛，体会生命的温度，也学会珍惜每一滴来之不易的牛奶。

How has modern agriculture changed our lives? Junior high students learned about modern animal husbandry by observing mechanized milking. They fed young calves, feeling the warmth of life and learning to appreciate every drop of milk.

与自然的亲密接触也是成长的一部分。同学们在园区内与羊驼、孔雀、梅花鹿等萌宠互动，体验人与自然和谐共生的美好。这不仅是一场乡野之旅，更是一次关于尊重生命、热爱自然的心灵触动。

Students interacted with alpacas, peacocks, and deer, experiencing the harmony between humans and nature. It was a trip that inspired respect for life and love for nature.

劳动实践是最好的课堂。同学们走进农田，体验微耕机操作，尝试田间罩鱼，在汗水与泥土间理解农作的不易。农事馆里，扎染技艺让色彩在指尖流淌，香包与艾条制作则让人感受植物的疗愈之力。

Hands-on work is the best classroom. Students operated mini tillers, tried fishing in the fields, and learned the challenges of farming. In the agriculture hall, they practiced tie-dyeing and made scented sachets, experiencing the healing power of plants.

高中部的研学以中草药文化为核心，同学们走进棠盦中草药普及教育基地，从“百草为药”的概念出发，学习辨识药材，并亲手制作方剂标本。香茅柠檬茶的清香弥漫，展现着药食同源的智慧。

在非遗技艺体验中，传统文化焕发新的活力。古法香囊制作，让中草药的疗愈功能融入日常；本草扎染，让植物的色彩在布匹上定格，传递自然之美。

Traditional culture comes alive through hands-on experiences. Making herbal sachets, herbal tie-dyeing showcase the healing power and beauty of nature.
