在近日举行的教师发展日活动中,我们有幸邀请到张永明博士,为全体教师带来了一场关于“如何通过专业测评提升学与教效能”的精彩讲座。张博士作为香港教育界的杰出代表和DSE总设计师,结合自身丰富的经验,深入浅出地为我们讲解了如何通过精准的教学评估提升课堂效果,帮助学生全面发展。
At our recent Teacher Development Day, We were glad to welcome Dr. Cheung, who delivered an insightful lecture on "Enhancing Teaching and Learning Efficiency Through Professional Assessment.” He shared valuable insights on using professional assessments to enhance teaching effectiveness and support student growth.
张永明博士曾任香港考试及评核局秘书长,因在教育与校本管理领域的卓越贡献,于2002年荣获荣誉勋章。作为香港中学文凭考试(DSE)的总设计师,他成功推动DSE与国际接轨,成为全球唯一以中文作答的国际升学考试。现担任鲸帆港人子弟学校的管理与教学顾问,继续在教育领域发挥深远影响。
Dr. Cheung was the Secretary-General of the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority and received an Honorary Medal in 2002. He designed the DSE, making it the only university entrance exam in Chinese. He is now an advisor at Shenzhen Kingfan Hong Kong Children School.

Dr. Cheung explained how professional assessments improve teaching. He stressed focusing on both grades and learning challenges, helping students identify strengths and weaknesses with targeted guidance.

Dr. Cheung talked about how clear teaching schedules help with lessons and assessments. He suggested that teachers plan carefully at the start of the term, work with colleagues, and keep lessons consistent. He also pointed out that teaching and tests should match to make sure evaluations are fair and accurate.
他还提到,制定考试蓝图是每位教师的重要任务,科学的考试设计能够准确衡量学生的认知能力,为学生的成长提供有力反馈。张博士的讲座为教师们提供了宝贵的评估技巧,帮助他们在教学中更好地支持学生的发展。
He also highlighted that creating exam blueprints is key for teachers. A good exam measures students' understanding and provides helpful feedback. Dr. Cheung's lecture gave teachers useful skills to support student growth.
商振霆副主任分享了如何设定有效的作业要求。他强调,作业不仅是检验学生学习成果的工具,更应帮助学生巩固知识并增强自主学习能力。商主任建议,教师在设计作业时要根据教学内容与学生需求,合理安排作业的类型与难度,确保作业能有效支持学生的学习进程。同时,他指出,作业应鼓励学生主动思考和探索,培养他们的独立学习习惯,从而提高学习效率和兴趣。
Mr. Sheung discussed setting effective homework. He emphasized that homework should reinforce knowledge, develop independent learning, and match students' needs. He encouraged teachers to create tasks that promote critical thinking and foster learning habits to boost efficiency and interest.
吴熠老师为大家带来了外出学习的心得分享,回顾了自己在风采中学的交流经历,并与大家共同探讨了如何通过观察孩子们上课时的状态,进一步探索老师们组织课堂的方法。通过亲身体验与交流,他分享了风采中学在课堂管理和教学方式上的创新做法,激发了大家对提升课堂效果的思考和实践。
Mr. Wu shared his learning experiences from Elegantia College. He discussed how observing students in class can help improve teaching methods and classroom management. His insights sparked ideas on enhancing classroom effectiveness.
本次活动不仅提升了教师们的专业技能,也促进了彼此之间的经验交流和思想碰撞。我们相信,通过这样的持续学习与交流,教师们能够更好地面对教学中的挑战,为学生的成长与未来提供更有力的支持。
