Notice for SAIS Anniversary Celebration｜深美20周年校庆活动征集，欢迎您的参与！

It has been nearly 20 years since Shenzhen American Intentional School was established in 2005. During these 20 years, it has been continuously growing and shaping itself. In order to review the history of SAIS, display the achievements of running the school, look forward to a bright future, expand the popularity, inspire teachers, students, and alumni to love the school and honor the school, enhance the enthusiasm of all sectors of society to care about and support the school, and gather all forces to promote the school in a comprehensive, rapid, and comprehensive manner. Sustainable development, SAIS is planning to launch the 20th anniversary celebration in June, 2025. 

In order to better plan the school celebration activities, strengthen the connection between teachers, students and families, and enhance the sense of honor of teachers and students, we are now launching a collection of school celebration activities for all teachers, students and alumni. The details of the activities are as follows:

深圳市深美外籍人员子女学校自2005年成立以来走过来近20年，在这20年中，一直在不断的成长、不断的自我塑造。为了回顾深美历史，展示办学成就，展望美好未来，扩大知名度，激励师生、校友爱校荣校的精神，增强社会各界关心、支持学校办学的热情，凝聚各方力量推动学校全面、快速、可持续发展，深圳市深美外籍人员子女学校筹划于2025年6月（日期待定）开展建校二十周年校庆活动。

为了更好地筹划校庆活动，增强师生以及家庭的联结，提升师生的荣誉感，现面向全校师生、广大校友开展校庆征集活动，活动具体事宜如下：

· School Flag
1. Content requirements: The school flag can be designed with the combination of the SAIS mascot bull or the school logo, the English letter "SAIS" or the school's full name "Shenzhen American International School";
2. Submission requirements: There is no limit to the display of design shapes. Designs are submitted in jpg/png and ai file formats, please attach a personal profile and a brief description of the design concept to the email when submitting.
3. After the deadline, your design will participate in the voting and evaluation, and your work will be used in internal and external activities after being selected.

· School Badge or 20th Anniversary souvenir logo design
1. Content requirements: use the SAIS mascot bull or Symbolic animal and combine it with the English letter "SAIS" to design the school celebration mascot logo;
2. Submission requirements: There is no limit to the mascot shape display. Designs are submitted in jpg/png and ai file formats, please attach a personal introduction and a brief description of the design concept to the email when submitting.
3. After the deadline, your design will participate in the voting and evaluation, and your work will be used in the promotion of the school celebration after the selection.

· 校旗

1. 内容要求：可采用深美吉祥物公牛或学校logo为基本元素，英文字母”SAIS”或学校全称“Shenzhen American International School”结合，设计校旗；

2. 提交要求：设计形体展示无限制。设计均以jpg/png和ai文档格式提交，提交时请在邮件上附上个人简介和简要设计理念说明。

3. 在截日日期后您的设计将参与投票评比，优选后您的作品将采用于校内外活动。

· 校徽或二十周年纪念品设计

1. 内容要求：沿用深美吉祥物公牛或象征性寓意动物，与英文字母”SAIS”结合，设计校庆吉祥物logo；

2. 提交要求：吉祥物形体展示无限制。设计均以jpg/png和ai文档格式提交，提交时请在邮件上附上个人介绍和简要设计理念说明。

3. 在截日日期后您的设计将参与投票评比，优选后您的作品将采用于校庆活动宣传。

1. 2. Requirements for soliciting papers: There is no limit to the genre of the work. Both Chinese and English are available. Manuscripts are all in Word document format, if there are photos in the text, please explain briefly. Please attach a personal introduction at the end of the article.

1.征稿内容：要求紧紧围绕学校的发展史、学术史、师生情、同学情的主题，结合深美发展历史和现状，从学习生活中的点滴日常出发，分享深美故事，追忆深美岁月，表达对深美的真挚祝福。文章内容真实可信，文字生动流畅，感情真诚恳切，展现积极进取、蓬勃向上的精神风貌。

2.征稿要求：作品体裁不限。中英文均可。稿件均以Word文档格式，文中如有照片请简单说明。文章结尾请附个人简介。

a. A Blessing
1. Content requirements: The content is positive, expresses love for the school, wishes for the 20th anniversary of the school, reflects the achievements of our school, and reflects the good spirit of teachers and students.
2. Form requirements: Blessings are mainly expressed in the form of "message", "congratulatory letter", "WeChat" and "blessing essay", expressing blessings and hopes for the school, requiring clear themes, refined language, sincere feelings, fluent expression, rich connotation and Passion, the number of words is 50-120 words.
3. Author information: Please note the author's name, grade, year of enrollment, school unit, etc. in the congratulations.

b. A video
The video should be shot around the theme of blessing the 20th anniversary of the alma mater. The requirements are as follows:
1. Format Requirements
(1) Video length: The video content should be within 2 minutes.
(2) Shooting location: Use your own language to express your thoughts and hopes for your alma mater with the background of the country, city, and landmark buildings of your unit.
(3) Shooting environment: Please try to choose soft light conditions for shooting scenes, and avoid shooting in backlight or sidelight conditions.
(4) Shooting composition: It is recommended to shoot with a horizontal screen when shooting, requiring the characters to be centered and the picture clear and stable.
(5) Video sound: When speaking, the voice should be clear and the speaking speed should be slow. Please pause after each sentence to facilitate post-editing.

2. Content Requirements
(1) If the video is recorded collectively, it is recommended to use the school’s logo wall as the background, or prepare a banner or background board at the shooting site, which contains words such as “SAIS”, “Shenzhen American International School”.
(2) It is recommended to include "Happy 20th Anniversary, SAIS!", "Happy 20th Anniversary, SAIS's Birthday!", "I wish my alma mater better and better!" and other relevant blessings in the video. Teachers, students and alumni are welcome to give full play to their creativity and congratulate their alma mater in various ways.

c. Photos or history materials
Photos and materials that record the historical appearance of the school, the work and study of teachers and students. Photos of study and life at the alma mater, or current work and study life photos and postscripts, expressing nostalgia for the campus, friendship to classmates, and gratitude to teachers.

（一）一个祝福

1.内容要求：内容积极向上，表达对学校的热爱，对学校20周年华诞的祝福，反映我校办学成果，体现师生良好的精神风貌。

2.形式要求：祝福语主要以“寄语”“贺信”“微信”“祝福短文”等形式体现，表达对学校的祝福与祈盼，要求主题鲜明、语言精炼、感情真挚、表达流畅，富有内涵和激情，字数为50字-120字。

3.作者信息：祝福语请备注作者姓名、年级、入学年份、学校单位等内容。

（二）一个视频

视频应围绕祝福母校20周年华诞这一主题进行拍摄，要求如下：

1.格式要求

（1）视频时长：视频内容在1分钟以内。

（2）拍摄地点：以自己所处国家、城市、单位标志性建筑物为背景，用自己的语言表达对母校的思念与希望。

（3）拍摄环境：拍摄场景请尽量选择柔光条件，避免在逆光或侧光条件下拍摄。

（4）拍摄构图：拍摄时建议横屏拍摄，要求人物居中，画面清晰、平稳。

（5）视频声音：讲话时声音要清晰，语速要慢。每句话说完后请稍作停顿，方便后期剪辑。

2.内容要求

（1）以集体形式录制视频的，建议以学校logo墙校区为背景，或在拍摄现场准备横幅或背景板，内容包含“SAIS”“Shenzhen American International School”“深美外籍人员子女学校“等字样。

（2）视频中建议包含自我介绍以及“Happy 20th Anniversary, SAIS!”“祝深美20周年华诞生日快乐！”“祝母校越办越好！”等相关祝福语。欢迎广大师生、校友充分发挥创意，采用多种形式为母校祝贺。

（三）一组照片或资料

记录学校历史面貌、师生工作学习的照片与资料。在母校的学习生活照片，也可以是现在工作学习生活照及附言，表达对校园的眷念，对同学的情谊，对老师的感激。

1. Please send the collection content, submissions, greetings, blessing videos, photos, etc. to the email: schoolszsais.org, and please use the format of "school celebration collection name + name + contact information" for the subject notes of the email. If the file is too large, please upload it to a sharing channel such as Baidu cloud disk, and inform the link and extraction code by email.
2. The manuscripts, blessing words, blessing videos, and photos collected this time will be used in relevant school celebration activities and display on relevant media platforms. The excellent videos will be made into short films of the school celebration and played live at the 20th anniversary school celebration ceremony.
3. Contributions and blessing works submitted by teachers, students, and alumni are deemed to agree to the school's processing and editing and making them available to the public. SAIS has the right to use them.

1.征集内容、投稿、祝福语、祝福视频、照片等请发送至邮箱：schoolszsais.org，邮件主题备注请以“校庆征集名称+姓名+联系方式”格式命名。如文件太大，请上传到百度云盘等共享渠道，在邮件告知链接和提取码。

2.本次征集到的稿件、祝福语、祝福视频、照片将用于相关校庆活动以及相关媒体平台展示。优秀视频将制作为校庆短片在20周年校庆庆典大会现场播放。

3.各位师生、校友提交的投稿、祝福作品，视为同意学校进行加工剪辑并向公众公开，深美外籍人员子女学校具有使用权。
