With the arrival of spring, VCA welcomes its annual sports festival. At this sports festival, students showcased their athletic talents by participating in various events such as frisbee, basketball, badminton, sprinting, and tug of war. This sports festival is not only a platform to showcase youthful vitality, but also an opportunity to cultivate teamwork spirit and enhance resilience.

The ultimate showdown between tacit understanding and strategy, the arc traced in the air is the most beautiful trajectory of youth! Frisbee combines speed and strategy in team competition, testing students' reaction ability and cooperation awareness

快攻、三分、绝杀，每一滴汗水都是荣耀的见证！篮球赛是学校体育节的重要组成部分，激情四溢的比赛将激发同学们的竞赛精神，培养学生们的团队意识。

Fast break, three-point shooting, ultimate kill, every drop of sweat is a witness to glory! Basketball games are an important part of the school sports festival, and passionate matches will inspire students' competitive spirit and cultivate their team spirit.

网前截击、后场扣杀，速度与技巧的完美结合！羽毛球不仅考验个人的技术水平，也强调战术思维，挑战同学们的耐力和精准度。

The perfect combination of speed and skill, including interception in front of the net and deduction in the back! Badminton not only tests an individual's technical level, but also emphasizes tactical thinking, challenging students' endurance and accuracy.

在50米短跑的赛场上，学生们个个摩拳擦掌，蓄势待发。随着开跑的口令，选手们如离弦之箭般冲出起跑线，脚步轻快而有力，展现出矫健的身姿。呼吸急促，心跳加速，他们在赛道上全力以赴，追求着最佳的瞬间。

On the 50 meter sprint track, students are all gearing up and ready to take off. With the command to start, the contestants rushed out of the starting line like arrows from the bowstring, with light and powerful footsteps, displaying agile postures. Breathing rapidly and beating rapidly, they are giving their all on the track, pursuing the best moment.

力量与团结的象征，“一二三，拉！”的呐喊响彻全场！作为团体项目，拔河比赛强调力量与团队协作，能够激发同学们的拼搏精神和凝聚力。

The symbol of strength and unity, the cry of 'one, two, three, pull!' resounded throughout the entire audience! As a team project, tug of war emphasizes strength and teamwork, which can inspire students' fighting spirit and cohesion.

运动不止是竞技，更是成长！无论是胜利的欢呼还是惜败的泪水，都是青春最珍贵的记忆。明年赛场，我们再战！
