第十一周升旗仪式

Good morning, principals, teachers, and students! 

I’m Haoxun Xufrom 5A. 

Today, as we gather  under the national flag, I'd like to talk about the power of self - discipline.

Self - discipline is the secret to achieve our goals. It's an inner voice that stops us from procrastinating and helps us make healthy choices. For example, when we're tempted to stay in bed instead of getting up for an early - morning study session, self - discipline gives us the strength to get moving. It's like a personal trainer for our minds, pushing us to be better.

Look at Elon Musk. His remarkable achievements in electric cars and space technology are largely due to his strict self - discipline. He manages his time incredibly well, dividing his days  into different slots for different projects, and never allows distractions to derail him.

In our school life, self - discipline  is beneficial to our study too. It helps us focus on  learning tasks, resist the allure of our phones, and maintain a regular exercise routine. By being self - disciplined, we can steadily improve our grades, build good habits, and become more confident.

So, let's embrace self - discipline. Start small, like setting a 30 - minute study time without any distractions each day. With consistent self - discipline, we will undoubtedly march towards excellence.

尊敬的老师、同学们：

大家好！在这朝阳初升、红旗飘扬的清晨，我想与大家共同探讨“劳动光荣谱华章，汗水浇筑新希望”这一永恒命题。

从远古先民打磨石器 开垦荒地，到如今科研团队攻克芯片技术难关；像港珠澳大桥如巨龙横卧海面的震撼，人类文明的每一步跨越，都刻着劳动人民的足迹。校园里，每一个清晨的早上 后勤人员清扫落叶的沙沙声，深夜办公室里 老师们批改试卷的灯光，食堂师傅们凌晨备餐的忙碌身影，这些平凡日常中，处处闪耀着劳动的光芒。

有人说，劳动是艰辛的。的确，农民在烈日下耕种，工人在高温中作业，科研人员在实验室里无数次尝试，哪一样不是汗水浸透衣衫？但劳动的意义，恰恰在于用汗水浇灌出希望的果实。就像袁隆平爷爷毕生扎根稻田，用“泥腿子”精神 解决亿万人的温饱；就像张桂梅校长拖着病体坚守讲台，用双手托起山区孩子的求学梦。

他们用行动告诉我们：劳动不仅创造物质财富，更塑造坚韧品格 点亮精神灯塔。

对我们而言，劳动就在身边。课堂上全神贯注的思考，是脑力劳动的淬炼；运动会上奋力冲刺的身影，是体力劳动的拼搏；在家中主动承担家务，是责任意识的成长。

去年元旦期间，学生会的同学们分工协作：有的制做海报，有的布置场地。

当焕然一新的校园展现在眼前，每个人脸上都洋溢着自豪——这就是劳动赋予我们的成就感。

同学们，新时代的蓝图需要我们用双手描绘，民族复兴的伟业呼唤我们以劳动践行。让我们以汗水浇灌希望！
