春意盎然，湾区共融。4月24日，深圳市鲸帆港人子弟学校迎来两位特别嘉宾：香港大埔卍慈中学潘启祥校长、风采中学陈玉燕校长。在此次教育交流活动中，两位校长深入课堂教学一线，亲身感受我校英语教学风貌，并与教师团队展开面对面深度交流，共同探索粤港教育融合的新路径。

On April 24, Shenzhen Kingfan Hong Kong Children School welcomed guests from Hong Kong Red Swastika Society Tai Po Secondary School and Elegantia College. They observed English classes and engaged in discussions with our teachers, exploring ways to strengthen education links between Hong Kong and the Mainland.

观课环节，鲸帆课堂风采

课堂观摩环节中，潘校长与陈校长分别走进我校中五及中三级英语课，课堂氛围活跃，教学节奏紧凑有序，师生互动自然流畅，展现出我校学生良好的英语表达能力和课堂参与度。两位校长又分别观摩了初中英文活动课，课堂设计贴近生活、富有创意，语言实践与跨文化意识有机融合，体现了鲸帆在课程建设上的专业追求与育人理念。

Mr. Poon and Ms. Chan observed our F5 and F3 English classes, where students showed strong English skills and active participation.They also visited our junior high English activity classes, which combined language practice with cross-cultural awareness, reflecting Kingfan’s focus on curriculum and education.

以师会友，互促专业成长

下午，两位校长与我校科教师团队在六楼会议室展开交流。大家围绕教学理念、师资发展、课程建设等话题畅所欲言、各抒己见，像极了一场教育人的“思想圆桌”。陈玉燕校长以“为师之道”为题，分享了她对教育的热爱与坚守，引发不少老师共鸣；潘启祥校长则结合丰富的管理经验，提出“以人为本”的实践思考，为教师专业成长带来全新视角。这场对话，不仅拉近了彼此距离，也为鲸帆的教师团队注入了不少成长的动力。

In the afternoon, the two principals met with our teaching team to discuss teaching philosophy, professional development, and curriculum. Principal Chan shared her passion for education, while Mr. Poon introduced a "people-centered" approach, offering new insights for teachers' growth. The conversation brought us closer and inspired fresh energy for Kingfan’s teaching team.

协同发展，携手面向未来

此次来访，不仅加深了鲸帆与香港友校之间的情谊，更搭建起湾区教育交流的新桥梁。作为一所根植深圳、面向大湾区的港人子弟学校，鲸帆始终坚持开放合作，积极推动内地与香港学校之间的常态化互动，力求在教育协同发展中为学生创造更多元、更优质的成长空间。

This visit strengthened the bond between Kingfan and our Hong Kong partner schools, creating a new bridge for educational exchange in the Greater Bay Area. As a Hong Kong children's school in Shenzhen, Kingfan is committed to fostering regular interactions between Mainland and Hong Kong schools, creating a more diverse and better environment for students' growth.

湾区融合，教育先行。鲸帆，将继续携手更多教育同行，共建包容、开放、共赢的湾区教育新生态。

Kingfan will continue to work with educational partners to build an inclusive and collaborative educational ecosystem in the Greater Bay Area.
