家校携手,共筑孩子成长之路——华美外国语学校家长会圆满举行

2025年5月9日,深圳市罗湖区华美外国语学校一至八年级家长会顺利召开。此次家长会聚焦孩子成长,围绕学校德育工作、办学理念、教育教学成果等内容展开深入交流,为家校共育搭建了坚实桥梁。




德育活动:

助力学生全面成长

张珂琪副校长介绍,学校围绕 “根植中华文明 融汇国际视野 培育未来领袖” 的理念开展德育工作,践行 “让校园阳光起来 让学生快乐起来” 的育人目标。



从三个维度介绍半学期以来开展丰富多彩的德育工作,缘起“每周半天计划”,助力学生“生涯规划”;“小切口”推动“大美育”,点亮学生人生底色;化万物为教材,以世界做课堂。



廖燕芳校长:

畅谈孩子发展与家校合作

廖燕芳校长与家长交流家庭教育的方式、方法、技巧,阐明了家校融合的意义、渠道、作用。



廖校长向家长介绍了新学期学校教育教学工作的新思路、新举措。立足孩子的全面发展、个性发展、持续发展三个维度,让孩子眼里有光、身上有汗、心中有目标、脚下有力量。


学校与深圳高级中学(集团)结成重点帮扶对子,共享优质教育资源,助力孩子发展,打造身、心、境合一的育人模式。在课程设置上,涵盖必修、校本、活动、研学课程,以多维度发展性评价,激励学生有信心、有目标、有成效地学习。



对于家长,廖校长建议营造适合孩子成长的环境,陪伴孩子成长,进行长远规划并持之以恒,注重培养孩子的意志品质、行为习惯和审美情趣,同时要尊重老师,善于与老师沟通。



班级家长会:

深入交流,精准共育

家长会第二阶段的班级家长会,是家校沟通的关键环节。11点整,家长们有序走进一至八年级教室,与班主任和学科老师们展开深度交流。


在家长会前学生集体展示、表演,展现了班级良好的班风,学生昂扬向上的精神风貌,成为亮点。全方位展现了孩子们的才艺与自信。



各班级精心准备的PPT表现出老师们对家校合作的重视,内容涵盖班级活动集锦,生动呈现了本学期班级内丰富多彩的各类活动,无论是运动会上孩子们的拼搏身影,还是文化节中的精彩表现,都让家长们直观感受到孩子在集体中的成长与快乐。班级特色的介绍,让家长们了解到每个班级独特的教学方法和管理模式,如有的班级推行小组合作学习,有效提升了学生的自主学习能力和团队协作精神。


班主任和学科老师们针对班级目标与实施方案进行了详细解读,明确了本学期的教学重点和努力方向。同时,也指出了学生存在的问题及解决思路,如部分学生在数学计算上容易出错,老师计划通过专项练习和定期小测验来强化训练。在需要家长支持配合的事项上,老师们提出希望家长能关注孩子的作业完成情况,为孩子营造安静的学习环境等。此外,考虑到不同年龄段孩子的特点,老师们还从青春期心理等方面给予家长实用的建议,帮助家长更好地理解和引导孩子。



交流过程中,家长们积极发言,分享孩子在家的表现,提出自己在教育过程中遇到的困惑,与老师们共同探讨解决方案。整个班级家长会氛围热烈,真正实现了家校之间的深度沟通与协作。

On May 9, 2025, the parents' meeting for students from Grade 1 to Grade 8 of Huamei Foreign Language School in Luohu District, Shenzhen was successfully convened. This parents' meeting focused on the growth of children and carried out in-depth exchanges on the school's moral education work, school-running philosophy, educational and teaching achievements, etc., building a solid bridge for the joint education by home and school.  




Moral Education Activities:

Facilitating the All-round 

Growth of Students

Vice Principal Zhang Keqi introduced that the school carries out moral education work around the concept of "rooted in Chinese civilization, integrated with an international perspective, and cultivating future leaders", and implements the educational goal of "making the campus sunny and making students happy".



From three dimensions, the rich and colorful moral education work carried out in the past half semester is introduced. It originates from the "Half-day Plan per Week", which helps students with their "career planning"; promoting "great aesthetic education" with "small breakthrough points" to light up the life background of students; and using everything as teaching materials and taking the world as a classroom.



Principal Liao Yanfang:

Discussing Children's Development 

and Home-school Cooperation

Principal Liao Yanfang communicates with parents about the methods, techniques of family education, and clarifies the significance, channels and roles of home-school integration.



Principal Liao introduces to parents the new ideas and measures of the school's educational and teaching work in the new semester. Based on the three dimensions of children's all-round development, personalized development and sustainable development, let children have light in their eyes, sweat on their bodies, goals in their hearts and strength under their feet.


The school forms a key assistance partnership with Shenzhen Senior High School (Group), shares high-quality educational resources, helps children's development, and creates an educational model that integrates the body, mind and environment. In terms of curriculum setting, it covers compulsory courses, school-based courses, activity courses and research courses, and uses multi-dimensional developmental evaluation to motivate students to study with confidence, goals and effectiveness.



For parents, Principal Liao suggests creating an environment suitable for children's growth, accompanying children's growth, making long-term plans and persevering, focusing on cultivating children's will quality, behavior habits and aesthetic taste, and at the same time respecting teachers and being good at communicating with teachers.



Class-level Parents' Meeting:

In-depth Communication for 

Precise Joint Education

The class-level parents' meeting, the second stage of the overall parents' meeting, is a crucial part of home-school communication. At exactly 11 o'clock, parents entered the classrooms of Grades 1 to 8 in an orderly manner and engaged in in-depth exchanges with homeroom teachers and subject teachers.


The collective display and performance of students before the parents' meeting demonstrated the good class style and the high-spirited mental outlook of the students, which became a highlight. It comprehensively showed the talents and self-confidence of the children.



The PPTs carefully prepared by each class reflected the teachers' emphasis on home-school cooperation. The content covered a collection of class activities, vividly presenting a variety of colorful activities within the class this semester. Whether it was the hardworking figures of the children at the sports meeting or their wonderful performances in the cultural festival, parents could directly feel the growth and happiness of their children in the collective. The introduction of class characteristics enabled parents to understand the unique teaching methods and management models of each class. For example, some classes implemented group cooperative learning, which effectively improved students' autonomous learning ability and team spirit.


Homeroom teachers and subject teachers provided a detailed interpretation of class goals and implementation plans, clarifying the teaching priorities and directions for this semester. Meanwhile, they also pointed out the problems among students and proposed solutions. For instance, as some students tend to make mistakes in math calculations, teachers plan to strengthen training through special exercises and regular quizzes. Regarding matters requiring parental support and cooperation, teachers expressed the hope that parents would pay attention to their children's homework completion and create a quiet study environment for them. In addition, taking into account the characteristics of children of different ages, teachers also offered practical suggestions on aspects such as adolescent psychology, helping parents better understand and guide their children. 



During the communication process, parents actively spoke up, sharing their children's performances at home, raising the confusions they encountered in the educational process, and jointly discussing solutions with the teachers. The atmosphere of the class-level parents' meeting was warm and lively, truly achieving in-depth communication and cooperation between home and school.  


Home-School Co-education: 

A Promising Future


This parents' meeting enabled parents to gain an in-depth understanding of the school's moral education work, educational philosophy, and their children's specific situations in the class, strengthening communication and trust between home and school. The school will continue to adhere to its school-running philosophy and continuously optimize its educational and teaching work. Parents also expressed that they would actively cooperate with the school to jointly contribute to their children's growth. It is believed that with the joint efforts of the school and parents, the students of Huamei Foreign Language School will surely embrace a brighter future.
