At ISNS, sports are more than just games—they are moments of teamwork, perseverance, joy, and community. This spring, our entire school community—from our youngest learners in Kindergarten to our energetic Middle Years students—came together to celebrate athleticism, fun, and Phoenix spirit across a series of vibrant Sports Days.

Our K2 to Grade 1 students kicked off the season with The Baby Phoenix Game Day, where energy and excitement filled the field. With the cheers of parents and teachers, our youngest athletes explored a variety of fun and imaginative challenges—from bean bag toss and parachute games to dragon races and free play zones. This day was not just about running or jumping—it was about building confidence, sharing joy, and embracing movement from an early age.

In Grades 2 to 5, the sports days took on new levels of energy and challenge.
Students showcased their developing athletic skills through sprint races, shot put, long jump, skipping, tug of war, relays, and even Turbo Javelin.
Across all events, the focus was not just on performance, but on effort, encouragement, and being part of a team. These experiences laid the foundation for healthy habits and lasting friendships.
For MYP students, Sports Day was a true test of team spirit and resilience.
House teams competed in soccer, volleyball, basketball, and relays, as well as classic events like the 50m sprint and tug of war.
Even when rain interrupted some activities, students returned to the field with renewed focus and determination.
The camaraderie and sportsmanship on display showed what it means to lead by example and grow through challenge.
None of these vibrant moments would be possible without the dedication of our PE department, homeroom teachers, and the wholehearted support of our families.
ISNS Sports Days are not just events—they are a celebration of the school’s values in action: collaboration, perseverance, joy, and community.

从50米短跑到接力大赛，从跳远到掷标枪，体育日不仅锻炼了身体，更提升了勇气与合作意识。
在一个个拼搏的瞬间，他们不断突破自我，也为集体荣誉贡献力量。这些经历让学生们为健康的体魄和长久的友谊奠定了良好的基础。
在足球、排球、篮球、拔河等项目中，学生们以小组为单位，拼尽全力、奋勇争先。
感谢体育组老师的专业组织，感谢班主任老师的全力支持，也感谢家长们的热情参与与鼓励。
ISNS的体育日不仅是一次次精彩的活动，更是学校价值观的生动体现——协作、坚韧、快乐与归属感。
