西安，这座历史文化名城，蕴藏着深厚的非遗文化宝藏。古琴、古筝、编钟，这些古老的乐器，承载着千年的历史和文化，在威睿达思国际学校同学们的研学之旅中，焕发出新的生机与活力。

Xi'an, this historic and cultural city, contains profound intangible cultural heritage treasures. Guqin, Guzheng, and Bianzhong, these ancient instruments carry a history and culture of thousands of years. In the study journey of students at VCA, they radiate new vitality and energy.

除了美食和非遗文化，同学们还体验了茶艺、高尔夫和击剑。在茶艺课上，同学们身着传统服饰，在茶香四溢中学习泡茶的步骤，感受着中国茶文化的优雅与宁静，领悟到“和、静、怡、真”的茶道精神。

In addition to food and intangible cultural heritage, students also experienced tea art, golf, and fencing. In tea art class, students dressed in traditional costumes learned the steps of brewing tea amidst the aroma of tea, experiencing the elegance and tranquility of Chinese tea culture, and comprehending the tea ceremony spirit of "harmony, tranquility, joy, and truth".

来到高尔夫球场，同学们在绿草如茵的场地学习高尔夫礼仪和击球技巧。从握杆、站姿到挥杆，每一个动作都认真揣摩，在优雅的运动中培养专注力和耐心，感受着这项运动的独特魅力。

Arriving at the golf course, students learned golf etiquette and hitting techniques on the lush green field. From grip, standing posture to swing, every movement is carefully studied, cultivating concentration and patience in elegant sports, and experiencing the unique charm of this sport.

击剑训练场上，同学们穿上帅气的击剑服，手持长剑，化身勇敢的剑客。在教练的指导下，他们学习进攻与防守的技巧，体验速度与力量的较量，培养了敏捷的反应能力和勇往直前的精神。

On the fencing training ground, students put on handsome fencing suits, hold long swords, and transform into brave swordsmen. Under the guidance of the coach, they learn the skills of attack and defense, experience the competition between speed and strength, cultivate agile reaction ability and the spirit of moving forward courageously.

武术，作为中国传统文化的瑰宝，承载着中华民族的精神与智慧。在西安研学期间，威睿达思（深圳）的同学们有幸接触到了耍枪这一古老而又充满魅力的武术技艺，开启了一段热血沸腾的武术传承之旅。

Martial arts, as a treasure of traditional Chinese culture, carry the spirit and wisdom of the Chinese nation. During their study in Xi'an, the students of Weiruidas (Shenzhen) were fortunate enough to come into contact with the ancient and charming martial arts technique of playing guns, and embarked on a passionate journey of martial arts inheritance.

书法老师先为同学们讲解了书法的历史脉络，从甲骨文的古朴神秘，到篆隶的端庄典雅，再到行草的飘逸洒脱，汉字在历史长河中的演变之美深深吸引着大家。随后，老师亲自示范握笔姿势与运笔技巧，强调“指实掌虚”“中锋用笔”的要领。同学们屏息凝神，模仿老师的动作，在宣纸上小心翼翼地落下第一笔。

The calligraphy teacher first explained the historical context of calligraphy to the students, from the ancient and mysterious oracle bone script, to the dignified and elegant seal script, and then to the graceful and free flowing cursive script. The beauty of the evolution of Chinese characters in the long river of history deeply attracts everyone. Subsequently, the teacher personally demonstrated the grip posture and stroke technique, emphasizing the key points of "pointing with solid fingers and palm with virtual hands" and "using the pen by the center forward". The students held their breath and focused, imitating the teacher's movements, carefully placing their first stroke on the rice paper.

在研学的过程中，同学们还走进了残障儿童群体，开展了一场温暖人心的公益活动。同学们和残障儿童一起做游戏、画画、唱歌，用真诚的陪伴和关爱，为他们的世界增添一抹亮色。在交流互动中，同学们更加懂得珍惜自己所拥有的一切，也深刻体会到关爱他人、奉献社会的重要意义。这次公益之行，在同学们心中种下了善良和责任的种子，相信在未来的日子里，这些种子会生根发芽，让他们成为有爱心、有担当的人。

During the process of studying, the students also entered the group of disabled children and carried out a heartwarming public welfare activity. Classmates play games, draw, and sing with disabled children, adding a touch of brightness to their world with sincere companionship and care. Through communication and interaction, students are more aware of cherishing everything they have and deeply appreciate the importance of caring for others and contributing to society. This public welfare trip has planted seeds of kindness and responsibility in the hearts of the students. I believe that in the future, these seeds will take root and sprout, making them compassionate and responsible people.
