Dipont KCS International Academy (Zhonghui Campus) is an international curriculum project jointly established by Dipont Education Group, King’s College School, Wimbledon (known as “KCS”, a prestigious UK independent school), and Shenzhen Zhonghui Education Group. Inheriting the excellence of renowned Chinese and overseas schools and leveraging the strengths of group-based education, Dipont KCS International Academy (hereinafter DKIA) is committed to creating a distinctive educational model with global perspectives and a differentiated approach. DKIA fosters students' holistic growth in academics, emotional intelligence, physical well-being, and social skills via its purposely built campus, high-quality teaching, enriching extracurricular activities, and a comprehensive pastoral care system.

Dipont Education Group (hereinafter Dipont) is a leading international education institution in China. In 2003, Dipont received authorization from Cambridge Assessment International Education (the then Cambridge International Examinations) to act as its associate partner in China. In 2004, Dipont collaborated with the High School Affiliated to Renmin University in Beijing to establish the first high school international curriculum center registered with China’s Ministry of Education. Over the past two decades, Dipont provided services and supports to over 30 outstanding Chinese secondary schools, by creating and implementing mature models and systems in international curriculum management and international teacher management. It was also the first to introduce the college counseling and career planning systems commonly used in American high schools to public schools in China. The management systems and standards established by Dipont have become the benchmarks for many peers to follow, and Dipont has been widely regarded as a benchmark in China's international education industry.

While supporting leading Chinese schools in developing international programmes, Dipont Education Group initiated its own private bilingual and international school projects in 2013. Since 2018, Dipont has founded seven such institutions. 

In 2025, Dipont returns to Shenzhen, collaborating with KCS and Zhonghui Education to create a high-end international academy that leverages Dipont’s 20+ years of experience, combining adaptable systems, thoughtful design, and exacting standards. 

Mr. Jiqiang Ma joined Dipont Education in 2008 and has served in various key positions including Curriculum Design Specialist, AP Program Director, International Curriculum Quality Manager, IB Program Director, Group R&D Director, Vice President of International Programmes, Vice President & General Manager of Independent Schools Division, and Vice President of Educational Affairs. Mr. Ma has been deeply involved in Dipont's development journey, with extensive and in-depth frontline experience in international curriculum design, quality supervision, as well as school design and operations management. He played a pivotal role in establishing and implementing international programmes at more than ten prestigious schools such as Shenzhen Foreign Languages School, High School Affiliated to Northeast Normal University, and Jiangsu Tianyi High School, while driving the localized integration of the three major curriculum systems: A-Level, AP, and IB. As one of the core members in founding Dipont's highly internationalized K-12 schools, Mr. Ma participated in the earliest preparations for Dipont's Wuxi and Hangzhou internationalized schools, where he established the strategic framework, oversaw campus construction, built management teams, and ensured the successful opening of these institutions.

Dipont Education Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jiqiang Ma as the Founding Principal of DKIA. This decision demonstrates the confidence of both Dipont and our partners in Shenzhen's educational future, as well as our strong commitment to this new institution.
