This summer, The King’s School (PRE-PREP SCHOOL) proudly launched the King's Tots Summer Camp! From the world of dinosaurs to the vastness of the universe, children embarked on a magical adventure in a fully English-speaking environment.
With dedicated international teachers and engaging themed activities, the children enjoyed a summer filled with laughter, learning, and growth.

English at their fingertips
In the all-English world created by our teachers, language learning feels natural. On their dinosaur adventure, children instinctively shouted, “This is a T-Rex!”
Teachers acted as guides, leading children through themed worlds and encouraging them to speak boldly. From single words to full sentences, their English skills quietly grew with each interaction.
EYFS Adventure in Learning
Our summer camp follows the core principles of the UK EYFS. Through carefully designed themed adventures, children develop language, thinking, creativity, social skills, and physical coordination—learning through purposeful play.
Literacy & Thinking Skills
Through dinosaur habitat challenges and planetary puzzle games, children not only practised patience in reading and writing but also strengthened their logical thinking through focus and analysis.
Activities like the “Counting Stars” competition and “Planet Size Sorting” made abstract concepts tangible, steadily boosting their number sense and cognitive skills.
Through multi-sensory activity trays, children touched the textures of the universe and observed the footprints of prehistoric creatures.
They imagined and role-played life in the age of dinosaurs, discussed how astronauts live and work in space, and gradually nurtured their curiosity about the world.
Children cut, pasted, drew, and built to bring their dinosaurs to life. They also designed rockets and astronaut helmets using various materials.
We place great emphasis on outdoor exploration, organising a variety of active games. The “Asteroid Relay” tests teamwork, while the “Moonwalk Challenge” sparks balance and imagination.
Children dug for “fossils” in the sandpit, and with running and jumping amid a natural setting, each day was filled with energy and delightful surprises.
With the careful guidance of our camp teachers, every child feels seen and encouraged.
Through group activities, children learned patience and taking turns; through play, they built friendships and trust. These quiet yet invaluable lessons will continue to nurture their future learning and life.
At King’s Tots Summer Camp, every day is an adventure across time and space, where children develop their communication, thinking, and social skills to the fullest.
This year’s summer camp has come to a successful close, and each child received a memorable completion certificate. We look forward to seeing everyone again next summer!
