信任、沟通、协作：BMH无声却磅礴的力量 | Parent-Teacher Communication

我们相信最好的沟通不在会议室里，最坚固的信任建立在了解的过程中，最高效的协作需要时间与实践磨合。于是，在BMH，我们正在探索更多可能——让家校沟通发生在具体的教育场景中，让理解生长于共同的体验里。

家委会是校园与在校家庭之间重要而坚实的桥梁，众多家长代表无私奉献、默默支持，温暖地连接着家校的沟通与合作。本次全校家委会，幼儿园、小学、初中三个学部的家长代表首次齐聚，全体校领导悉数到场与大家见面。

在这场新学期的首次对话中，双方围绕学校的办学现状和本学期的重点事项，展开了坦诚沟通与交流。带着坚定的信心与清晰的规划，我们期待着在本学期和家长们一同创造更多美好的时刻。

此次相聚，不止于言语的交流，更延伸为一场艺术共创。在美术教师的艺术工坊里，大家都回归到专注的创作者本身，一同体验传统螺钿技艺的魅力。

勾勒纹样的轮廓，赋予其骨骼与形态，再细心打磨，在这打磨珍品的过程中，每个家长都可以感受到共同创作的快乐，在温暖有爱的集体中一同努力。

孩子的健康，永远是是我们最深的牵挂。在幼儿园膳食委员会上，我们与家长代表们聚焦于每日餐食这一最具体、最温暖的关怀。

成员们仔细查阅了食品检测报告、供应商资质和每周食谱，并且亲自品尝了幼儿园当日的饭菜，园内大厨对家长关心的每一个问题都给予了详细解答。从食材采购到餐品留样，从烹饪流程到营养搭配，学校用专业和透明赢得了家长的信任。

而各位家长们每次在会议中提出的合理化建议，我们的厨房团队都在后续的餐食改进中进行落实，及时的反馈与优化能够让孩子们吃得更安全、健康、放心。

每场家校沟通活动都凝集了多方力量，真正的家校共育，不是你说我听，而是我们一起做。当家长和老师共同完成一件艺术品，当我们一起为孩子的健康成长把关，家校关系就超越了简单的信息传递，成为了真正的教育伙伴。

最好的教育，发生在学校与家庭真正成为“我们”的那一刻。而这一切，正从每一次真诚的协作开始。

Choosing a school means choosing partners in your child’s growth. At BMH, we take that responsibility seriously—and we believe the best partnerships are built through consistent communication and shared experience.

That’s why we go beyond traditional meetings to create meaningful, hands-on opportunities for parents and educators to connect—right inside the learning environment.

This year, PTA members from Pre school, Prep and junior high schools joined school leaders for BMH’s first  PTA meeting of the term.

Together, we discussed school priorities and plans for the term ahead—laying a clear and confident path forward.

The meeting extended beyond conversation into a shared creative experience. In an art workshop led by our teachers, everyone became a learner—exploring the traditional craft of mother-of-pearl inlay.

Outlining, shaping, and polishing—each step was an exercise in focus and collaboration. Through this shared effort, parents experienced the joy of creating together within a supportive community.

When it comes to our children’s health, every detail matters. Our kindergarten Food Committee keeps a close eye on one of the most important parts of the school day: mealtime.

Parents reviewed safety reports, supplier credentials, and weekly menus. They tasted that day’s meals and spoke directly with our chefs about ingredients, cooking methods, and nutrition.

Your feedback leads to real change—our kitchen team continually improves meals based on parent input, helping make sure every child eats well.

Each of these gatherings reflects our shared commitment to genuine partnership. True collaboration isn’t about one side speaking and the other listening—it’s about doing things together. When parents and teachers create side by side, or work together to support a child’s well-being, the home-school relationship grows into a true educational partnership.

The best education begins when school and family truly become “we.” And it starts with every sincere step we take together.
