Future Ready: High School Professional Development 面向未来：高中职业发展培训
This year, ISNS’s High School PD took on a bold new direction under the theme “Future Ready.”
Rather than bringing in external experts, our own teachers stepped forward to lead — sharing their knowledge, creativity, and passion. This initiative transformed PD into a powerful celebration of peer learning and innovation.
In partnership with PDAcademia, our teacher-presenters received coaching to refine and elevate their sessions, ensuring every workshop sparked collaboration and growth.
Canva: Design Solutions for Educators
Teachers learned how to use Canva to create engaging, professional-quality classroom materials — from posters to videos — and explored practical design tips to save time while elevating lesson delivery.
Creating Thinkers:
Critical Thinking and ATL Transfer
This interactive session encouraged educators to rethink how they foster deep thinking skills and ATL (Approaches to Learning) transfer. Through collaborative discussions, teachers explored strategies for cultivating resilient, reflective learners.

Exploring the Magic of 3D Printing
Educators explored the creative possibilities of 3D printing and how this technology can be applied across subjects to enhance student engagement and innovation.
Every presenter — whether seasoned or first-time — modeled courage, curiosity, and collaboration. Their workshops sparked meaningful conversations about creativity, well-being, technology, and the future of learning.
