第十一周升旗儀式

Good morning, teachers and fellow students. 

I'm Sarah Zhu from Class 3B.

The midterm exam is just around the corner. I know many of us are feeling a bit nervous, and that's completely normal. Today, I would like to share some thoughts on how we can face this challenge with a positive mindset.

First, let’s try to see exams in a different light. The midterm exam is not our enemy, but rather a helpful mirror. It reflects what we have mastered and which areas still need more work. It's a chance to check our progress, not a final judgment.

So, how can we prepare effectively? Last-minute cramming isn't the answer. What works is having a solid plan: review your notes regularly, spend extra time on challenging subjects, and never hesitate to ask teachers or friends for help. Most importantly, focus on understanding concepts rather than just memorizing facts.

Also, remember to take care of yourself. A healthy body supports a sharp mind. Make sure to get enough rest, eat nutritious meals, and do some light exercise. These simple habits will help you stay focused and think clearly during the exams.

Finally, be confident! We have all been diligently studying over the past two months. We have the knowledge and the capability. Trust in the effort you've put in

Let's view these exams as stepping stones toward growth, not as obstacles. Let's give our best effort, learn from this experience, and keep moving forward together.

同時，我們的中六同學剛剛完成DSE第一次模擬考，成績也將在本週公布。無論結果如何，希望中六同學繼續保持拼搏精神，把每一次模擬都當作打磨實力的機會。只要不放棄、一步一步向前，你們一定能在真正的考場上迎來屬於自己的高光時刻。

上週，我們舉行了鯨帆2025屆優秀畢業生的獎學金頒獎典禮。看到學長學姐們站上舞台，我們感受到努力的力量、堅持的價值，以及夢想最終被照亮的那份榮光。希望同學們能以他們為榜樣，腳踏實地，持續奮鬥，終有一天，你們也會走向自己心中理想的大學與更廣闊的未來。

在前進的路上，請相信我們的老師——他們會成為你們最堅實的後盾；更要相信自己——只要你願意努力，就一定能做到更好。
