Good morning, respected teachers and fellow students,
Today, as I stand beneath our national flag, I am reminded of a recent event that deeply inspired me: the “Scholarship for Outstanding Graduates” award ceremony held at our school. Watching our seniors receive recognition for their hard work sparked new determination in me—a stronger resolve to pursue my own dreams with purpose and clarity.
The scholarship was more than just financial support; it symbolized the power of perseverance and the importance of having a clear vision. It taught me that dreams are not built overnight, but through steady and continuous effort. For example, one of our seniors shared how she broke down her goal of studying engineering into small, manageable steps—excelling in math and physics, taking part in science fairs, and seeking guidance from mentors. Her journey showed me that a dream without a plan is just a wish.
In the same way, I’ve begun to map out my own future. I ask myself: What subjects spark my curiosity? What kind of impact do I want to make in the future? By exploring these questions, I’ve started shaping my goals for university. I’ve also learned that setbacks are a natural part of growth. Whether it’s a difficult exam or an idea that gets turned down, resilience is essential. There’s a saying that goes, “The obstacle in the path becomes the path itself.”
Let us remember that scholarships are not just rewards—they are investments in our potential. They remind us that what we do today shapes our tomorrow. So let’s move forward with courage, support one another along the journey, and strive to become the architects of our own futures.

Good morning, Principal, teachers, and every one of my schoolmates.
I stand here today with a simple message condensed into three small but powerful words: Innovation, Curiosity, and Action.
Let me begin with a question: Who invented the smartphone you are holding right now? Steve Jobs? Yes, but only partly. The touch-screen was first researched by engineers who were curious about signals; the battery was improved by scientists who dared to experiment; the camera was refined by opticians who kept asking, “Why not better?”
One product, thousands of curious minds, one relentless action after another. That is the spirit that raised the national flag we salute every Monday — a nation that learns, adapts, and progresses.
Innovation may begin with refusing to accept the ordinary. If any student wrote a simple app to pre-order lunch, our canteen queues would shrink. If any student placed a piece of felt under chair legs, the noise would disappear. These are small innovations, but they make life better.
Curiosity is the fuel. Children ask “why” every minute; adults often stop asking. So keep your questions alive. Why can’t paper conduct electricity? Curious minds asked, and now circuits are printed on paper. Write your questions down, search for answers, share them. No curiosity is ever wasted.
But curiosity without action is merely daydreaming. Action turns “what if” into “what is.” Edison failed over 1,000 times before inventing the light bulb — his success came not only from curiosity and innovation, but from countless hours of testing and refining. For you, action means trying out your creative ideas: if you want to innovate your study plan, stick to it and adjust as you go; if you have a project in mind, gather teammates and start small.
My dear students, ask one new question, try one small improvement, share one fresh idea. Write it, build it, film it, code it — just do it. If it fails, you have learned; if it succeeds, you have lifted not only yourself but also our country.
Let your curiosity guide you, your innovation design the path, and your action build the way.
