When Sendelta students secured the global top score for the second time and were awarded the "Edexcel Outstanding Student Award", and when interview offers from Oxford and Cambridge poured in for the Class of 2026, alongside a cluster of offers from world top 100 universities including Imperial College London and University College London—behind these remarkable achievements lies the solid accumulation of Sendelta’s 14-year international education philosophy, and more importantly, the dedication of a "Oxbridge Guide" who has immersed himself in A-Level education for 14 years: Teacher Guan King, Chief Expert of Sendelta’s Oxbridge Program and Chemistry & Biology Tutor.

With his original aspiration of "sincere education" and a system of "all-dimensional empowerment", he makes Oxbridge no longer "exclusive to geniuses" but a dream within reach for every potential and diligent student.

Looking back at Sendelta’s academic journey, brilliance has never faded: In 2024, students secured dual admissions to the University of Oxford (Mathematics & Computer Science) and the University of Cambridge (Mathematics), achieving "admissions to both Oxbridge"; In 2025, we continued the legend of "Oxbridge admissions every year" by once again securing an offer from Cambridge’s Department of Mathematics; In 2026, Oxbridge interview offers have poured in—so far, 5 have been secured, spanning both arts and sciences, with outstanding strength shining across the Greater Bay Area. 拥有14年一线A-Level教学经验的他，曾是深圳某知名国际学校的学科带头人、牛剑申请组长，从2012年起，每年都能将2-3名化学方向学子送入牛剑G5或港前三，最辉煌的一届更是培养出4名牛剑录取生，累计助力逾百名学子圆梦牛津、剑桥、帝国理工、港大等顶尖名校，被誉为“牛津化学系录取的半壁江山”。

With 14 years of frontline A-Level teaching experience, he was once a subject leader and Oxbridge application team leader at a renowned international school in Shenzhen. Since 2012, he has sent 2-3 chemistry students to Oxbridge or Hong Kong's top 3 universities every year. His most brilliant cohort even cultivated 4 Oxbridge admits, helping over 100 students realize their dreams at top universities like Oxbridge, Imperial College London, and the University of Hong Kong, known as "half the backbone of Oxford Chemistry admissions".

"Teachers are like gardeners—only by becoming 'towering trees' themselves can they provide sufficient nutrients for students." This is the core creed of Teacher Guan's 14-year teaching career. As a dedicated expert in chemistry, he never stops at textbook knowledge transfer but strives to help students build long-term beneficial academic thinking.

To help students adapt to Oxbridge's academic rhythm in advance, he read through G5 university textbooks, breaking down university chemistry difficulties into "foreshadowing clues" in high school classes; in his spare time, he delves into biochemistry and medical frontiers, transforming complex academic achievements into daily-life cases. 

In his classes, "interdisciplinarity" and "enlightenment" run through: using physical pinball models to analogize "molecular vibration", connecting chemistry and biology knowledge to explain "blushing when drinking", and supplementing mathematical logic to break down science barriers, making hardcore knowledge vivid and understandable.

While deeply engaged in frontline teaching, Teacher Guan also leads the teaching team in upholding the after-class Q&A session, ensuring no student’s questions are left unresolved until the next day. Catering to students with varying academic foundations, the school implements refined full-subject streaming teaching, paired with personalized tutoring plans—a two-pronged approach to safeguard students’ sprint for major exams.

This dedication has finally borne abundant fruit in global assessments: In 2024, a Sendelta student claimed the prestigious title of Global Top Scorer in IGCSE Mathematics; 2025 saw even more remarkable progress and continued glory, with numerous students securing straight A/A* in widely recognized high-difficulty subjects such as ESL, Computer Science, and EPQ, as well as highly challenging modules including A-Level Mathematics D1 and M2! He never defines students by scores. That student who was once "second from the bottom" at High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China was regarded as "unruly" in a regular high school, but Teacher Guan discovered his critical thinking and unique learning methods. He guided him appropriately while preserving his personality, ultimately helping him counterattack and get into Oxford. Sendelta gives students sufficient "trial and error" space, encouraging them to boldly try. 牛剑之路，规划先行。校内升学指导团队全程介入，为学子提供一对一定制化服务：科学指导选课与大考安排，针对不同申请目标量身定制背景提升计划及竞赛规划，过程中实时监督学情变化，灵活调整方案，以精准规划放大学生竞争力。

进入申请冲刺阶段，管老师将邀请牛剑背景的资深导师，针对学生的申请专业开展针对性辅导。笔试辅导覆盖核心知识补强、竞赛题突破，以及STEP/MAT/TMUA/ESAT等考试内容，全方位夯实应试能力。

As the Chief Expert of Sendelta's "All-Dimensional Oxbridge Empowerment Program", Teacher Guan deeply practices Sendelta's educational philosophy of "ability cultivation and personalized development". For academically outstanding students, he has built a complete Oxbridge training system of "long-term academic ability cultivation + customized application strategies + precise pre-application tutoring", combined with a three-tier mentor system, turning Oxbridge applications from "accidental" to "inevitable".

The path to Oxbridge requires early planning. The school's in-house university guidance team provides one-on-one customized services throughout: scientifically guiding course selection and exam arrangements, tailoring background enhancement plans and competition schedules for different application goals, real-time monitoring academic progress, and flexibly adjusting plans to maximize students' competitiveness through precise planning.

Currently, Sendelta students have published SCOPUS Q2 papers at the master's level under teacher guidance, and some students who received Cambridge Computer Science interview offers have achieved undergraduate-level robotics projects. These professionally planned academic achievements not only become "differentiated advantages" for students applying to top universities but also internalize into lifelong academic literacy and innovation capabilities.

In the application sprint phase, Teacher Guan will invite senior mentors with Oxbridge backgrounds to provide targeted guidance based on students’ applied majors. The aptitude test tutoring covers core knowledge reinforcement, competition problem breakthroughs, and exam content such as STEP/MAT/TMUA/ESAT, comprehensively solidifying students’ exam-taking capabilities.

For students who have received Oxbridge interview offers, Teacher Guan personally oversees Oxbridge interview training, organizing more than 10 mock interviews. He polishes and optimizes everything from problem-solving ideas for subject questions, communication logic with interviewers, to tone and speed during expression, ensuring students "calmly showcase their advantages" in real Oxbridge interviews.
