在青少年科创教育热潮中,新哲研创中心走出了一条差异化的硬核之路——这里不做浅尝辄止的科普兴趣班,不搞揠苗助长的前沿知识灌输,而是对标高校标准的STEM教育生态,开辟了一条适配初高中数理基础、衔接高等教育与工程师标准的工程学习和实践之路。让每个心怀科创梦想的孩子,都能在适合自己的节奏里,一步步解锁工程世界的"魔法"。

Amid the upsurge of youth sci-tech innovation education, Sendelta's Research & Innovation Center has built a university-aligned STEM education ecosystem, pioneering an engineering learning and practice pathway tailored to middle and high school math and physics foundations while bridging higher education and professional engineering standards.

我们为学生搭建了启蒙进阶成就三大阶梯,将计算机科学(CS)、机械工程(ME)、电子工程(EE)三大核心领域深度融合,让每个学生都能找到自己的成长坐标。

启蒙|点燃工程梦想的火种

并非每个孩子都是乔布斯,但每个孩子都可能成为乔布斯。


在启蒙阶段,我们通过发明创造启蒙课程和VEX机器人队伍,让学生在实践中感知工程的魅力。当亲手搭建的机器人在赛场上夺冠,当自主设计的智能彩灯点亮欢呼,工程素养的种子已然埋下,探索世界的勇气也悄然生长。


02

进阶 | 掌握工程世界的"核心咒语"

当学生展现出创造、发明、改变世界的野心,便迈入了专业进阶的大门。在这里,他们将像真正的工程师一样,用专业的语言描述世界,借助专业方法和设备开展研究与创造。


进入大学后他们会发现,计算机、机器人、电子工程领域的教授和工程师,使用的正是和他们相同的语言与方法——教授们会欣然接纳这些早已接轨专业领域的学生,因为这套“通用语言”包括:

电子与硬件工程(EE & Hardware)

核心内容:涵盖模拟/数字电路设计、PCB绘制、嵌入式系统底层开发(Arduino/Raspberry Pi/STM32/ESP32)、传感器选型与校准、电机驱动控制。

机器人软件工程(Robotics Software)

核心内容:机器人操作系统(ROS)应用、运动控制算法、PID控制、人机交互(HCI)程序设计及传感器数据融合 。

计算机科学与算法(Computer Science)

核心内容:C/C++/Python/Java编程语言、数据结构、高阶算法设计与优化 、机器学习、深度学习、大模型应用与轻量模型设计。


这便是工程领域的“核心咒语”,从原理图设计到实现PCBA实物调试的硬件底层开发,将创意转化为具备知识产权的实体装置 ,设计出能动也能想的智能机器人。


支撑这些专业学习的,是新哲顶尖的专业实验室矩阵



嵌入式工程实验室

配备现代工程开发中使用的专业仪器仪表及其他操作设备,如高精度示波器,高精度大功率电源、信号发生器、逻辑分析仪、万用表、恒温焊台、功率电焊台、热风枪等。同时实验室常年配备大量常用电子元器件、机器人套件与嵌入式套件,保障学生的想法从提出到验证当天即可完成。



FRC准工业级训练基地

提供全尺寸竞赛场地与金工加工区,模拟真实工程场景。



数字化制造中心

配置3D打印机群、激光切割机加工设备,实现零部件快速成型。

  • 产品名称:便携式音频分析载板开发

  • 项目背景:新哲10年级学生张同学Lunaris为解决通用开发板体积冗余问题,针对特定声学项目需求进行的定制开发。

  • 技术实现:基于树莓派CM0核心,独立完成了包含BMS电源路径管理、MIPI高速信号布线及阻抗匹配的载板设计。

  • 教育意义:该项目验证了学生已具备完整的工程闭环能力——从需求工程(Requirement Engineering)、EDA设计、PCBA焊接调试到系统迭代(V2版本规划)。


作为深圳唯一向中国科协ISEF国家队输送过国家队员的国际学校,新哲在中国科协给予青少年科技创新的最高荣誉明天小小科学家”奖励活动中,在既往十年中新哲学生受奖次数位列深圳公私立学校之首。同时,新哲也是国内少数能为中学生提供从工程启蒙到"手搓CPU"、自建小模型系统指导的教育实体,全程赋能少年科创梦想。

Not every child will be Jobs, but every child can be like him. Through invention courses and VEX robotics teams, students experience engineering firsthand—winning robot competitions, designing smart lights. Seeds of engineering literacy and curiosity take root.

Advancement: Master Engineering’s "Core Spells"

For students ready to innovate, we teach professional languages/methods used by university professors and engineers worldwide:

EE & Hardware

Analog/digital circuit design, PCB layout, embedded development (Arduino/Raspberry Pi/STM32/ESP32), sensor calibration, motor control.

Robotics Software

ROS application, motion control algorithms, PID control, HCI programming, sensor data fusion.

Computer Science

C/C++/Python/Java, data structures, advanced algorithm design and optimization, machine learning, deep learning, large model applications, and lightweight model design.

Development of a Portable Audio Analysis Carrier Board

  • Project Background

Lunaris Zhang, a 10th-grade student, conducted customized development for specific acoustic project needs to address the issue of redundant volume in general-purpose development boards.

  • Technical Implementation

Based on the Raspberry Pi CM0 core, the student independently completed the carrier board design, integrating BMS power path management, MIPI high-speed signal routing, and impedance matching.

  • Educational Significance

This project verifies that the student has mastered complete end-to-end engineering capabilities—spanning Requirement Engineering, EDA design, PCBA soldering and debugging, to system iteration (V2 version planning).


Sendelta is Shenzhen’s only international school sending national team members to CAST. Over the past decade, Sendelta has ranked first among all public and private schools in Shenzhen in the number of student awards at the "Tomorrow's Little Scientists" competition—the highest honor for youth technological innovation conferred by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST). Meanwhile, Sendelta is one of the few educational institutions in China capable of providing middle school students with comprehensive guidance ranging from engineering enlightenment to "hand-building CPUs" and developing custom small-model systems, empowering teenagers' scientific innovation dreams throughout their journey.

赵长江Chase老师是机器人工程教师团队的硬件技术核心,专注于机器人硬件电路领域的教学与研究,同时在知识产权转化方面具备独特优势,为学生的硬件实践与成果保护提供全方位支持。


教学工作中,赵老师围绕机器人硬件系 统展开教学,内容涵盖电路设计、传感器选型与校准、电机驱动与控制、嵌入式系统开发、机器人结构优化等核心模块。他注重理论与实操结合,通过“设计-搭建-调试-迭代”的项目式教学模式,让学生深入理解硬件电路的工作原理,掌握从电路图纸设计到硬件实物实现的全流程技能,培养学生严谨的工程思维与动手能力。

冯海华老师聚焦计算机方向的专项教学与竞赛指导,尤其在国际计算机竞赛领域具备深厚的教学积淀,是培养学生计算机核心能力与竞赛竞争力的关键力量。


在教学中,冯老师以计算机编程基础与算法优化为核心,开展C++、Python等编程语言教学,以及数据结构、算法设计等核心内容的授课。他擅长针对不同基础的学生制定个性化教学方案,从编程入门的逻辑启蒙到高阶算法的深度解析,层层递进地培养学生的编程能力与问题解决能力,为机器人软件开发与竞赛备赛筑牢计算机基础。

As the head of the robotics engineering div and the core teacher of robotics software teaching, Teacher Nick has been deeply engaged in the robotics field for many years, with solid professional skills in robotics software system development and rich teaching management experience, serving as the core of overall planning and teaching leadership of the team.

In teaching work, Teacher Wei focuses on the core teaching of robotics software and structure, covering key contents such as programming teaching, robot motion control algorithms, sensor data fusion, HCI programming, application of robot operating systems, and 3D structural modeling.

Teacher Chase Zhao is the core of hardware technology in the robotics engineering teacher team, focusing on the teaching and research of robot hardware circuits. At the same time, he has unique advantages in the transformation of intellectual property rights, providing comprehensive support for students' hardware practice and achievement protection.

In teaching work, Teacher Zhao carries out teaching around the robot hardware system, covering core modules such as circuit design, sensor selection and calibration, motor drive and control, embedded system development, and robot structure optimization. 


Computer Competition Expert

Deeply engaged in computer science

Certified Distinguished Coach of international authoritative competitions (ACSL/OUCC/CCC/ACT)

Responsible for the teaching of computer courses and competition guidance in the school

Teacher Collen Feng focuses on specialized teaching and competition guidance in the computer field, especially with profound teaching accumulation in international computer competitions, and is a key force in cultivating students' core computer abilities and competition competitiveness.

In teaching, Teacher Feng takes computer programming basics and algorithm optimization as the core, carrying out teaching of programming languages such as C++ and Python, as well as core contents such as data structures and algorithm design. 


The three core teachers each show their strengths and work together. For comprehensive robotics projects and competitions, they provide students with full-chain high-quality services from basic teaching to competition guidance and patent incubation, covering software programming, hardware system construction, and algorithm optimization.

Sendelta Research & Innovation Center has created a systematic training path adapted to the needs of different stages from Grade 6 to Grade 12 with the dual-track model of "specialized development courses + competition courses", forming a complete training chain of "teaching - research - output".


Mechanical engineering competition courses cover multiple directions such as engineering introduction, VEX, FRC, RCJ, and drones, meeting students' diverse needs from interest enlightenment to professional in-depth study. Sendelta's Alpha Program, specially designed for sprinting to top global universities such as the Ivy League, Oxford, and Cambridge, deeply integrates the high-quality resources of the research and innovation center with further education planning.


Through one-on-one professional further education planning, students can obtain top-level research and innovation empowerment and personalized competition value-added services, as well as deeply customized research projects and competition plans. 

In the past three years, Sendelta students have won more than 2,000 awards in international competitions, including over 200 gold medals—successively winning the VEX South China High School Group Championship for two years and maintaining a leading domestic level in top competitions such as RCJ; more notably, a 2026 student received an interview invitation from the Computer Science major of the University of Cambridge, whose robotics project demonstrated undergraduate-level professional standards.

From encoder accelerator cards and brainwave-controlled wheelchairs to intelligent snap unlocking systems and anti-fall canes, technological innovation works by Sendelta students keep emerging; from Australian international patents to CTB Global Finals gold medals, students' innovative achievements continue to gain recognition.
