在新哲文院，“做更好的自己，建更好的世界”，从来不是一句口号！公益从不是单个社团的独行，而是一群少年的同心奔赴。除了星与银龄社用爱联结“星空与岁月”，更多社团正以各自的方式，践行着“做更好的自己，建更好的世界”的育人理念，让善意在校园内外生根发芽。
On Sendelta，“Better Self，Better World” is never just a slogan. Public welfare is not a solo journey of a single society, but a joint endeavor of a group of teenagers. Beyond the Star & Silver Age Club connecting "stars and years" with love, more societies are practicing the educational philosophy of " Better Self, Better World" in their own ways, allowing kindness to take root and germinate both on and off campus.
城市生态研习社以“人与自然和谐共生”为初心，将环保公益落到实处：深入深圳沙头角开展垃圾打捞，为城市洁净添力；悉心救助流浪猫狗，用温柔守护生命微光；积极回收废弃纸箱推进再利用，让低碳理念融入日常。每一次躬身实践，都是学子们在打磨自我责任感，用行动为“更好的世界”添砖加瓦。
Guided by the founding principle of "harmonious coexistence between humans and nature," the Urban Environment Protect Club translates environmental advocacy into tangible action. Their initiatives include conducting clean-up operations in Shenzhen’s Shatoujiao to restore urban cleanliness, tenderly rescuing stray cats and dogs to protect fragile lives, and promoting the recycling of waste cartons to integrate low-carbon practices into daily life. Each of these hands-on efforts not only deepens the students' sense of responsibility but also contributes, step by step, to building a "better world."
碳中和ESG社则紧扣时代脉搏，积极响应国家“碳中和”战略与全球可持续发展目标。社员们深耕环保产品研发，将创新思维转化为实际价值，更把项目收益全额投入社会公益，在提升自身综合能力的同时，用专业力量反哺社会，诠释着新哲人“自我成长与世界共赢”的追求。
The Carbon Neutrality ESG Club keeps pace with the times, actively responding to the national "carbon neutrality" strategy and global sustainable development goals. Members delve into the research and development of environmental protection products, transforming innovative ideas into practical value. What’s more admirable is that they invest all project proceeds into social welfare, giving back to society with professional strength while improving their comprehensive abilities. This interprets Sendeltans pursuit of "self-growth and win-win with the world".
Burning Vocal声乐社的公益之路，藏在悠扬旋律里。每学期，社员们都会自发前往深圳湾公园义唱，用治愈的歌声驱散路人的疲惫，用艺术传递温暖力量。他们在打磨唱功、突破自我的过程中，也让音乐成为无界的善意纽带，让“更好的自己”绽放出照亮他人的光芒。
The public welfare path of the Burning Vocal Club lies in melodious melodies. Every semester, members voluntarily go to Shenzhen Bay Park for charity performances, dispersing passers-by’s fatigue with healing songs and conveying warm power through art. While honing their singing skills and surpassing themselves, they make music a boundless link of kindness, letting the "better self" shine brightly to illuminate others.
公益的种子，更在每一位新哲学子心中生长。校园创意集市上，学子们亲手制作手工艺品与创意好物，将全部收益捐赠公益组织，用匠心与爱心践行“予人玫瑰，手有余香”；新哲减小七合唱团，作为内地唯一受邀参与香港校际合唱节（HKICF）公益项目的中学合唱团，为支持非洲儿童视力公益事业，以歌声为桥，跨越国界传递关怀，在站上更高舞台突破自我的同时，为非洲儿童的光明未来助力。
The seeds of public welfare are growing in every Sendeltans heart, permeating every corner of campus life. At the campus creative market, students hand-make crafts and creative products, donating all proceeds to public welfare organizations and practicing "Giving roses leaves fragrance in your hand" with ingenuity and love. As the only middle school choir from the mainland invited to participate in the public welfare project of the Hong Kong Inter-School Choral Festival (HKICF), Half Diminished 7th Choir stands on stage with care for African children, using songs as a bridge to convey care across national borders. While breaking through themselves on a bigger stage, they contribute to the bright future of African children’s eyesight.

一场五校联动的公益校园音乐节，更让少年善意汇聚成河。新哲主创团队邀请四支校外优秀乐队，用青春旋律点燃校园，为贫困地区女童募集了可观的物资基金，为她们的求学之路与日常生活送去坚实支撑。而每一个暑假，学子们或自发组队、或跟随学校组织，奔赴湖北利川、云南磨憨、海南等偏远地区开展支教，带着知识与热情走进乡村小学，在陪伴孩子们成长的过程中，也实现了自我认知的升华与人格的完善。
A joint public welfare campus music festival with five schools gathered teenagers’ kindness into a surging current. The Sendelta organizing team invited four outstanding off-campus bands, igniting the campus with youthful melodies and raising a considerable amount of materials and funds for girls in poverty-stricken areas, providing solid support for their academic and daily lives. Every summer vacation, students either form teams independently or follow school organizations to remote areas such as Lichuan in Hubei, Mohan in Yunnan and Hainan for teaching. They leave a comfortable life behind, walk into simple rural classrooms, and accompany children to read, draw and explore the world. In the process of accompanying others’ growth, they also achieve the sublimation of self-awareness and the improvement of personality.

从校园里的烟火义卖，到山海间的支教帮扶；从环保路上的躬身践行，到用艺术传递温暖力量——这些跨越领域、遍布角落的公益行动，都是新哲育人理念最生动的注脚。新哲文院从不追求培养“精致的利己者”，而是以温度为底色，以责任为导向，让每一位少年在成长中懂得“成为更好的自己”，更明白“更好的自己”要与世界同行。
From the lively charity sale on campus to teaching support across mountains and seas; from practical environmental protection actions to conveying warmth through art—these cross-field public welfare initiatives are the most vivid interpretations of Sendelta’s educational philosophy. Sendelta never aims to cultivate "exquisite egoists". Instead, it takes warmth as the background and responsibility as the guide, letting every teenager understand " better self" in growth and realize that a "better self" should walk hand in hand with the world.
那些藏在烟火气里的善意，那些奔赴山海的勇敢，终将成为新哲学子最珍贵的成长印记。而他们，也正用点滴行动证明：少年有温度，世界有光亮；做更好的自己，便能共建更美好的世界。
The kindness hidden in the campus vibrancy and the courage to march towards mountains and seas will eventually become the most precious growth memories of Sendeltans. And with every bit of their actions, they are proving: when teenagers have warmth, the world has light; being a better self enables us to build a better world together.
