加方课程ICU 社会情感学习项目成果 Students Showcase Social Emotional Learning

We are incredibly proud of our Grade 11 students and the work they completed in our Social Emotional Learning (SEL) unit. Over the past weeks, students explored five core SEL competencies: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision-Making. These concepts extend beyond the classroom and are essential life skills that support academic success, personal growth, and healthy relationships.

我为我们的高二年级学生以及他们在社会情感学习(SEL)单元完成的工作感到无比自豪。过去几周里,学生们探索了五项核心SEL能力:自我意识、自我管理、社会意识、人际关系技能和负责任的决策能力。这些概念不仅限于课堂,更是支持学业成功、个人成长和健康人际关系的必备生活技能。


















Students worked collaboratively in groups to demonstrate their understanding in creative and meaningful ways. They designed and performed role plays based on realistic social and emotional challenges, interviewed their characters to deepen perspective-taking, and showed genuine empathy as they explored different viewpoints and emotional experiences. Many students stepped outside of their comfort zones, practicing communication, emotional regulation, and active listening.

学生们以小组形式协作,通过富有创意且有意义的方式展现理解。他们基于现实社交与情感挑战设计并表演角色扮演,通过采访角色深化换位思考,并在探索不同观点与情感体验时展现出真挚的同理心。许多学生走出舒适区,练习沟通、情绪调节与积极倾听。



































The final stage of the project was especially impressive. Each group planned and delivered a teaching seminar, where they taught the class two additional SEL skills of their choice. They created interactive PowerPoint presentations, but they didn’t just explain these skills, they went a step further and led interactive classroom activities that allowed classmates to practice new strategies together. This required confidence, teamwork, leadership, and thoughtful preparation.

项目的最后阶段尤为令人印象深刻。每组学生都精心策划并举办了一场教学研讨会,向班级传授了两项自选的社会情感学习(SEL)技能。他们制作了互动式PPT演示文稿,但不仅限于讲解这些技能,更进一步设计了互动课堂活动,让同学们共同练习新策略。这需要自信、团队协作、领导力以及周密的准备。



















Through this unit, students showed maturity, creativity, and a strong ability to reflect on themselves and others. Their engagement and effort made this a meaningful learning experience for everyone involved. Well done, Grade 11—you should be very proud of what you accomplished. 

通过本单元的学习,学生们展现出成熟度、创造力以及对自我与他人的深刻反思能力。他们的投入与努力使这次学习经历对所有人而言都意义非凡。高二年级的同学们,你们完成得非常出色——应当为自己所取得的成就感到自豪。
