新哲文院始终坚守因材施教、个性化培养的核心理念，为学子量身定制科学的英语分层教学体系，充分兼顾不同基础学子的学习需求与海外升学目标，让每个孩子都能在适宜的节奏中夯实基础、提升能力，收获英语学习的成就感。

初中（6-8年级）阶段

采用《Think》原版英语教材，进行ESL英语课程分层教学，精准匹配不同基础学子的学习需求。基础阶段着重夯实听说读写的基础技能，提高阶段增设批判性思维、学术写作、文学等英语进阶课程，为初中学子英语能力发展提供全方位、不设限的支持。

晚自习英文课融入拼写比赛、单词配对游戏等趣味形式，激发同学们的学习兴趣；同步开展KET/PET/FCE标化训练，助力学子逐步提升语言应试能力。

同时，运用PBL项目式学习、CLIL（学科内容与语言整合教学）方法，辅以外教访谈、ECA英语趣味课程、晚自习学科英语辅导等全方位支持，多维度提升初中学子的综合语言应用能力。

高中（9-12年级）阶段

根据各高中学部的升学规划与学子需求，学校系统开设IGCSE ESL、托福、雅思、SAT等标准化考试英语课程，并依据学生当前的语言基础、学习能力与升学目标，精准匹配题型基础班、篇章强化班、刷题冲刺班三个层级班级，让每一位学生都能在适配的班级中最快实现出分目标。

每一门课程均由经验丰富、专业精湛的教师团队执教，老师们深度解读最新考试大纲与命题趋势，结合历年真题与典型例题，精心设计教学内容，将考点融入生动有趣的课堂讲解与针对性练习中，帮助同学们高效掌握考试要点、规避常见误区，稳步提升标化成绩。

Sendelta has always adhered to the core philosophy of "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and personalized training". It tailors a scientific stratified English teaching system for students, fully accommodating the learning needs and overseas study goals of learners with different foundations. This enables every child to consolidate their basics, enhance their abilities, and gain a sense of achievement in English learning at a suitable pace.

Junior High (Grades 6-8)

We adopt the original English textbook Think and implement stratified ESL teaching, precisely catering to the learning needs of students with varying English proficiency levels. The foundational stage focuses on solidifying core skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, while the advanced stage adds progressive English courses such as critical thinking, academic writing, and literature. This provides comprehensive and unrestricted support for junior high students' English ability development.

Evening English classes incorporate fun activities like spelling contests and word-matching games to stimulate interest. Simultaneously, KET/PET/FCE standardized training is provided to gradually improve students' language test-taking abilities.

Employs PBL (Project-Based Learning) and CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) methods, supplemented by foreign teacher interviews, ECA English fun courses, and evening academic English tutoring to comprehensively enhance students' overall language application capabilities.

Senior High (Grades 9-12)

Based on each high school department's study-abroad plans and students' needs, the school systematically offers standardized English courses such as IGCSE ESL, TOEFL, IELTS, and SAT. According to students' current language foundation, learning ability, and study-abroad goals, it accurately assigns them to three levels: Basic Question Training, Passage Enhancement, and Exam Sprint classes, enabling each student to achieve score goals efficiently.

All courses are taught by an experienced and professional teacher team. Teachers deeply interpret the latest exam syllabuses and question trends, design teaching content with past real exams and typical examples, and integrate key points into vivid classroom explanations and targeted exercises. This helps students master exam essentials efficiently, avoid common mistakes, and steadily improve standardized scores.

In addition to fully meeting the score requirements of senior high students for various study-abroad pathways, we also offer ESL courses focused on language proficiency development. These courses emphasize the comprehensive improvement of academic English application, cross-cultural communication skills, academic reading and writing, as well as classroom critical thinking and expression. At Sendelta, English learning extends far beyond interactive classroom settings—it is also integrated into a variety of exciting practical activities.

近日，为点燃学子英语学习的热情，锤炼拼写技能，扩充词汇储备，新哲文院标化组再度精心组织了2025-2026学年春季Spelling Bee拼词大赛。

Recently, to ignite students' passion for English learning, hone their spelling skills, and expand their vocabulary, Sendelta ELD Department carefully organized the 2025-2026 Spring Spelling Bee.

本次大赛延续"班级初赛+个人决赛+团队决赛"赛制，词汇涵盖初高中、四六级、雅思托福及SAT等多个难度梯度，层层递进考验选手的词汇功底。经过班级初筛，40位佼佼者脱颖而出，站上个人赛决赛的舞台。

Following the "Class Preliminary + Individual Final + Team Final" format, the competition covered vocabulary at multiple difficulty levels, including junior high, senior high, CET-4/6, IELTS, TOEFL, and SAT, comprehensively testing participants' vocabulary proficiency. After class screenings, 40 outstanding students stood out to compete in the individual finals.

当字母变成“闯关密码”，词汇化身“实力勋章”，这场英语界的“速度与精准Battle”，谁能一路开挂、拿下“词汇王”？

When letters become "pass codes" and vocabulary turns into "medals of strength", who can ace this English "speed and accuracy battle" to claim the title of "Vocabulary Champion"?

个人赛

30秒挑战，实力角逐

Individual Final

个人赛的赛场堪称"速度与精准的较量"！每位选手需在30秒内完成单词拼写，三轮比拼环环相扣，拼对单词即可对应加分。

赛场之上，同学们眼神专注而坚定，拼写时发音清晰、字母顺序分毫不差，充分展现出扎实的词汇积累与快速反应能力。

三轮比拼过后，积分排名前20的选手成功晋级团体决赛，而积分TOP4的强者则向"词汇王"荣誉发起终极冲击。

最终，宋婉茹Clara同学凭借无可匹敌的拼写实力，一路过关斩将，摘得"词汇王"桂冠！吴尚颐Cecilia、杨顺文Winner、罗瑞谦Ryan三位同学以稳定的发挥和出色的风采，斩获"风采奖"。

The individual final was a true "contest of speed and accuracy"! Each participant had 30 seconds to spell a word, with three consecutive rounds where correct spellings earned corresponding points.

On the field, students focused intently, staying calm in the face of rare words. They pronounced each letter clearly and in perfect order, fully demonstrating solid vocabulary accumulation and quick response abilities.

After three rounds, the top 20 scorers advanced to the team final, while the top 4 launched the ultimate bid for the "Vocabulary Champion" honor.

Eventually, Clara Song (G2C5) claimed the champion title with unparalleled spelling skills! Cecilia Wu (M2C2), Winner Yang (LAP H4C2), and Ryan Luo (H2C4) won the "Excellent Performance" awards for their steady performance and outstanding demeanor.

团队赛

同心协作，共赴荣光

Team Final

如果说个人赛是个人风采的尽情展现，那么团队赛便是凝心聚力的协作检验。20位晋级选手通过抽签组队，组成四支参赛队伍，开启了一场团队荣誉的争夺之战。

经过首轮比拼，拼词正确数量最多的两组进入冠军争夺赛。在冠亚决赛的舞台上，两组选手根据给出的句子与单词提示迅速反应、抢答拼词，每一次正确拼写都为团队增添胜算。

最终，由吴尚颐Cecilia、张添屹Steve、边瑾秋Kasy组成的红队凭借最多的正确拼词数，强势夺得团队赛一等奖，将集体荣誉收入囊中！

If the individual final showcased personal talent, the team final tested collective cohesion. The 20 advanced students formed four teams by drawing lots, kicking off a battle for team honor.

After the first round, the two teams with the most correct spellings entered the championship match. In the final showdown, both teams quickly responding to sentence and word hints to answer and spell. Each correct spelling boosted their team's chances of winning.

In the end, the Red Team—comprising Cecilia Wu (M2C2), Steve Zhang (H2C3), and Kasy Bian (H1C1)—clinched the Team First Place with the most correct spellings, securing the collective honor!
