“未来需要什么样的人才？”

面对这个关乎每一位学子前途的问题，3月19日，深圳橘郡特别邀请了深圳深湾医疗器械转化研究院副院长、深圳宁聚生物新材料有限公司总经理熊伟先生，为同学们带来了一场题为《未来需要什么样的人才——科技企业的用人逻辑》的精彩讲座。

"What kind of talent does the future need?"

Faced with this question that concerns the future of every student, on March 19, OCAHS specially invited Mr. Xiong Wei, Vice President of Shenzhen Shenwan Medical Device Transformation Research Institute and General Manager of Shenzhen Ningju Biomaterials Co., Ltd., to deliver a wonderful lecture titled "What Kind of Talent Does the Future Need — The Logic of Talent Acquisition in Tech Companies."

熊院长站在企业管理者的第一视角，为同学们揭开了生物科技行业人才选拔的“神秘面纱”，并结合当下医疗科技领域的发展现状，分享在顶尖科技企业里，不同天赋的人可以从事哪些职业？

From the first-hand perspective of a corporate manager, Mr. Xiong unveiled the "mysteries" of talent selection in the biotech industry for the students. He also shared, in light of the current development status of the medical technology field, what careers people with different talents can pursue in top tech companies.

他从学科选择、科研实践、国际视野三个维度切入，针对高中生当下的迷茫与困惑，给出了极具实操性的建议。

Approaching from three dimensions—academic discipline selection, scientific research practice, and international perspective—he offered highly practical advice to address the confusion and uncertainties faced by high school students.

在讲到学科选择时，熊院长特别强调数学、物理、化学等基础学科的重要性，这不仅是从事科技相关职业的坚实基础，同时也是培养逻辑思维、好奇心、创造思维的最佳温床。

When discussing discipline selection, Mr. Xiong particularly emphasized the importance of foundational subjects like mathematics, physics, and chemistry. 3月26日，深圳橘郡的学生们走出校园，走进了深圳市血液中心，开展了一场“探索生命密码，践行责任担当”的公益活动。

On March 26, students from OCAHS stepped out of their campus and visited the Shenzhen Blood Center, engaging in a public welfare activity titled "Exploring the Code of Life, Practice the Commitment of Responsibility."

在血液中心，同学们不再是旁观者，而是成为了探索者。在专业老师的带领下，大家不仅学习了硬核的血液知识及无偿献血的科普常识，更获得了一次难得的“沉浸式”体验。

At the Blood Center, the students were no longer bystanders but became explorers. Led by professional instructors, they not only learned about essential blood knowledge and general information on voluntary blood donation but also gained a rare "immersive" experience.

从血液的采集、成分制备，到严格的检测与储存……每一个环节都让同学们惊叹于现代医疗体系的严谨与精密。

From blood collection and component preparation to rigorous testing and storage… each step amazed the students with the precision and meticulousness of the modern medical system.

这次参访，不仅仅是一次知识的拓展，更是一次价值观的洗礼。同学们在了解社会公益事业运作模式的同时，也增强了对生命的敬畏感和社会责任感。
