作为首次出征的全新队伍，队号11328的我们，带着20名少年的热忱与勇气，在全球顶级青少年机器人竞赛的赛场上奋力拼搏。经过2天的资格赛厮杀，我们从50支队伍中脱颖而出顺利晋级淘汰赛，一度从四强联盟到向决赛发起冲击，虽未闯入决赛，却用每一次坚持、每一次协作，交出了一份足以骄傲的成长答卷。

As the roar of machinery resounds through the arena and the passion of youth collides with the sparks of scientific and technological innovation, the 2026 FRC Shanghai Regional Competition has come to a successful close.

As a brand-new team making its debut, we, Team 11328 with 20 young enthusiasts, strived our utmost on the field of the world's top adolescent robotics competition. After two days of grueling qualification matches, we stood out from 50 teams and advanced smoothly to the knockout stage. We even made it to the final four alliance and challenged for the final. Though we failed to reach the final, we delivered a proud growth answer sheet with every persistence and every collaboration.

FRC（FIRST Robotics Competition），即国际高中生机器人对战赛，是由FIRST机构发起的全球极具影响力的科创赛事，被誉为青少年机器人界的“奥林匹克”，旨在激发青少年对科学、技术、工程与数学（STEM）的兴趣，培养创新思维与实践能力。

与其他赛事不同，FRC每年会发布全新主题与挑战任务，各队伍需在开题后的6周内，完成机器人的设计、加工、搭建与编程，打造一台重量不超过54公斤的参赛机器人，完成赛事规定的各类高难度任务。赛事不仅考验技术实力，更注重团队协作、高尚专业精神与跨学科融合，全球已有111个国家和地区的青少年参与其中，积累实战经验的同时，更能获得全球多所高校的认可与专属奖学金。

2026赛季FRC核心规则

2026年FRC赛季以“REBUILT（发掘重建）”为核心主题，邀请全球青少年用工程智慧重构技术、解决现实挑战，本赛季上海区域赛的核心规则如下：

1. 比赛时长：单场比赛共2分40秒，分为两个核心阶段；

2. 自动阶段（前20秒）：机器人自主运行，无需操作手干预，可通过多种方式收集“燃料”（黄色中型球体）并投放至己方“枢纽站（Hub）”，也可启动塔楼攀登，提前锁定额外积分；

3. 手动阶段（后2分20秒）：操作手接管机器人，枢纽站会每25秒在激活与非激活状态间切换，激活状态下需优先投放燃料得分，非激活状态可执行防御或囤积燃料；比赛末段枢纽站强制激活，联盟需全力冲刺得分与塔楼攀登，拉开比分差距；

4. 得分与晋级规则：燃料投放累计基础分，塔楼攀登高度越高得分越多，联盟得分达标可解锁额外排名积分；赛事分为练习赛、资格赛、淘汰赛，资格赛排名靠前的队伍组成联盟，通过淘汰赛角逐决赛资格，最终总得分更高的联盟获胜。

What is FRC？

FRC (FIRST Robotics Competition) is an international high school robotics competition initiated by the FIRST organization. Hailed as the "Olympics" of adolescent robotics, it aims to inspire teenagers' interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and cultivate their innovative thinking and practical abilities.

Unlike other competitions, FRC releases a brand-new theme and challenge tasks every year. Each team needs to complete the design, processing, construction and programming of a robot within 6 weeks after the kickoff, building a competition robot weighing no more than 54 kilograms to finish various high-difficulty tasks specified by the event. The competition not only tests technical strength, but also attaches great importance to teamwork, noble professional spirit and interdisciplinary integration. Teenagers from 111 countries and regions around the world have participated in it. While accumulating practical experience, they can also gain recognition and exclusive scholarships from many universities worldwide.

The 2026 FRC season features the core theme of "REBUILT", inviting teenagers around the world to restructure technology with engineering wisdom and solve real-world challenges. The core rules of the Shanghai Regional Competition this season are as follows:

Match duration: A single match lasts 2 minutes and 40 seconds, divided into two core phases;
Autonomous Phase (first 20 seconds): The robot runs independently without the intervention of operators. It can collect "fuel" (yellow medium-sized spheres) in various ways and drop them into the own team's "Hub", or start the tower climb to lock in extra points in advance;
Teleoperated Phase (last 2 minutes and 20 seconds): Operators take over the robot. The Hub switches between active and inactive states every 25 seconds. Fuel dropping should be prioritized for points when active, and defense or fuel stockpiling can be performed when inactive; the Hub is forced to activate at the end of the match, and alliances need to sprint for points and tower climbs to widen the score gap;
Scoring and advancement rules: Fuel dropping accumulates basic points, and higher tower climbs earn more points. Alliance scores that meet the standard unlock additional ranking points; the competition consists of practice matches, qualification matches and knockout matches. Top-ranked teams in qualification matches form alliances and compete for final qualification through knockout matches, and the alliance with the higher total score wins ultimately.

备赛阶段

日夜打磨，只为赛场绽放

11328，一支全新组建的队伍，队内绝大多数学生没有过往的赛事经验，没有成熟的技术积淀，却有着20名少年的满腔热爱与并肩作战的默契。从开题后6周的日夜奋战，到上海区域赛的全力以赴，每一步都走得坚定而扎实。

备赛的日子里，20名队员分工明确、互帮互助，更在日复一日的打磨中，完成了从懵懂到专业、从生疏到默契的蜕变，这份成长与收获，每一步都清晰可见。

机械组

机械组的同学从最初对零件认知模糊、搭建时频频出错，到后来能精准测算尺寸、熟练组装部件，甚至能快速排查机械故障——有同学为了优化机器人的传动效率，连续一周放学后留在实验室，反复拆解、调试，手上沾满乌黑的机油也从未抱怨；

编程组

编程组的同学从刚开始编写简单程序都会卡顿，到后来能独立完成自动运行、手动操控的全套代码，还能根据赛场模拟情况实时优化逻辑，哪怕深夜也在反复测试，确保程序零失误；

策略组

策略组的同学从对规则一知半解，到能逐字拆解赛事要求、分析每支对手的优势劣势，制定出灵活多变的作战方案，每次讨论都会争得面红耳赤，却只为找到最优解；

后勤组

后勤组的同学也从最初的手忙脚乱，到后来能精准对接各类器材、细致记录每一次调试数据，默默做好团队的“后盾”，确保备赛过程顺畅无阻。

孩子们从懵懂青涩，到熟练掌握技术、从容应对挑战；他们从各自为战，到学会倾听、懂得协作；他们在一次次失败中复盘改进，在一次次坚持中突破自我，这份成长，远比任何成绩都更珍贵。

Preparation Phase

Team 11328 is a newly formed team. Most students in the team have no previous competition experience or mature technical accumulation, but they have the full passion of 20 teenagers and the tacit understanding of fighting side by side. From the six weeks of hard work after the kickoff to going all out at the Shanghai Regional Competition, every step was taken firmly and solidly.

During the preparation period, the 20 team members had clear divisions of labor and helped each other. Moreover, through day-to-day polishing, they completed the transformation from ignorance to professionalism and from unfamiliarity to tacit understanding. Every step of this growth and gain is clearly visible and recorded in our images.

Students in the Mechanical Group, who initially had a vague understanding of parts and made frequent mistakes in construction, later could accurately measure dimensions, proficiently assemble components and even quickly troubleshoot mechanical faults – some students stayed in the laboratory after school for a week to optimize the robot's transmission efficiency, repeatedly disassembling and debugging, and never complained even with their hands covered in black engine oil;

Students in the Programming Group, who initially stumbled when writing simple programs, later could independently complete the full set of codes for autonomous operation and manual control, and optimize the logic in real time according to the field simulation. They even tested repeatedly late into the night to ensure zero program errors;

Students in the Strategy Group, who initially had a superficial understanding of the rules, later could interpret the competition requirements word by word, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each opponent, and formulate flexible combat plans. They often argued fiercely in every discussion, just to find the optimal solution;

Students in the Logistics Group also evolved from being flustered at first to accurately connecting various equipment, carefully recording every debugging data, and silently being the "backbone" of the team to ensure a smooth preparation process.

The teenagers grew from inexperienced and shy to mastering skills proficiently and facing challenges calmly; they learned to listen and cooperate instead of working alone; they reviewed and improved after repeated failures and broke through themselves with persistent efforts. This growth is far more precious than any result.

比赛阶段

全力以赴，每一秒都值得铭记

上海区域赛的赛场上，我们迎来了一次又一次的挑战。资格赛中，我们凭借稳定的发挥、灵活的策略，在众多队伍中脱颖而出，成功晋级淘汰赛——这对一支新队伍而言，已是莫大的突破！

淘汰赛阶段，我们一路过关斩将，成功跻身四强联盟，向决赛发起猛烈冲击。赛场上，操作手沉着冷静，精准操控机器人完成燃料投放与塔楼攀登；场下，队员们密切配合，及时沟通调整策略，哪怕遇到机器人故障，也能快速反应、紧急检修，从未有过一丝退缩。

虽然最终我们未能闯入决赛，但这场征程，早已超越了胜负本身。

没有天生的强者，只有不断的成长。每一次调试，每一次奔跑，每一次呐喊，都是你们青春里最耀眼的光芒，都是你们成长路上最珍贵的财富。”

Competition Phase

On the field of the Shanghai Regional Competition, we faced challenges one after another. In the qualification matches, we stood out from numerous teams and successfully advanced to the knockout stage with stable performance and flexible strategies – this is a great breakthrough for a new team!

In the knockout stage, we fought our way forward and successfully made it to the final four alliance, launching a fierce attack on the final. On the field, the operators stayed calm and accurately controlled the robot to complete fuel dropping and tower climbing; off the field, the team members cooperated closely and adjusted strategies through timely communication. Even when the robot broke down, they could respond quickly and carry out emergency maintenance without the slightest retreat.

Although we ultimately failed to reach the final, this journey has long transcended victory and defeat itself. The instructors said: We are proud of every team member – proud of your poise in the face of strong opponents, proud of your perseverance when encountering difficulties, proud of your team spirit of unity and mutual assistance, and even more proud of your courage and boldness to challenge and break through as a new team. There are no born strong people, only constant growth. Every debugging, every run, every cheer is the most dazzling light in your youth and the most precious wealth on your growth path.

作为11328队的指导教练，看着这支全新的队伍从组建到出征，从备赛到站上FRC上海区域赛的赛场，心中满是感慨与骄傲。从开题那天起，我便陪着这20名少年，开启了为期6周的备赛征程，每一个深夜的实验室灯光、每一次调试失败后的复盘、每一次突破后的欢呼，都深深印在我的脑海里。

说实话，最初我也曾有过担忧——一支全新组建的新队伍，20名学生，基本绝大多数没有接触过专业机器人搭建与编程的孩子，能否在短时间内完成任务、站上赛场？但孩子们用行动，一次次打破了我的顾虑。

他们身上那种不服输、不放弃的韧劲，那种对科创的纯粹热爱，那种团结协作、互帮互助的真诚，都让我深受触动。有人为了攻克一个技术难题，主动查阅资料、请教前辈；有人看到队友疲惫，主动分担任务、默默陪伴；有人在比赛失利后，没有抱怨气馁，而是第一时间和团队一起分析问题、寻找改进方法。

我始终认为，FRC赛事的意义，从来不止于输赢。对这些孩子而言，这段备赛与参赛的经历，是一次宝贵的成长历练——他们不仅学会了机械搭建、编程设计、策略制定等专业技能，更学会了坚持与担当、协作与包容，懂得了如何面对挫折、如何并肩前行。他们在实践中收获知识，在协作中收获友谊，在挑战中突破自我，这份成长，会成为他们未来人生路上最坚实的力量。

虽然我们最终未能闯入决赛，但我为每一位队员感到骄傲。你们用全力以赴的姿态，书写了属于11328队的青春答卷；你们用实际行动，诠释了热爱与坚持的意义。

作为教练，我很荣幸能陪伴你们走过这段难忘的旅程，也期待未来，能继续陪着你们成长，陪着你们站上更高的赛场，去追逐更遥远的梦想。愿每一位少年，都能带着这段经历赋予的勇气与力量，在科创的道路上，无畏前行，不负热爱，不负自己。

As the instructor of Team 11328, I am filled with emotion and pride to witness this new team from its establishment and debut to the preparation and finally stepping onto the field of the FRC Shanghai Regional Competition. Since the kickoff day, I have accompanied these 20 teenagers on a six-week preparation journey. Every late-night light in the laboratory, every review after a debugging failure, and every cheer after a breakthrough are deeply engraved in my mind.

To be honest, I had my worries at first – could a newly formed team of 20 students, most of whom had no exposure to professional robot construction and programming, complete the task and step onto the field in a short time? But the teenagers broke my worries time and again with their actions. Their unyielding and persistent spirit, their pure love for scientific and technological innovation, and their sincerity of unity and mutual assistance deeply touched me. Some took the initiative to consult materials and ask seniors for advice to solve a technical problem; some took the initiative to share tasks and accompany teammates silently when seeing them tired; some did not complain or become discouraged after a competition loss, but immediately analyzed the problem and found improvement methods with the team.

I have always believed that the significance of the FRC competition is never limited to winning or losing. For these teenagers, this experience of preparation and participation is a valuable growth experience – they not only learned professional skills such as mechanical construction, programming design and strategy formulation, but also learned persistence and responsibility, cooperation and tolerance, and understood how to face setbacks and move forward side by side. They gained knowledge through practice, friendship through cooperation, and broke through themselves through challenges. This growth will become the strongest strength on their future life journey.

Although we ultimately failed to reach the final, I am proud of every team member. You have written a youthful answer sheet belonging to Team 11328 with your all-out attitude; you have interpreted the meaning of love and persistence with practical actions. As a coach, I am honored to accompany you through this unforgettable journey. I also look forward to continuing to accompany your growth in the future, accompanying you to stand on higher competition stages and pursue more distant dreams. May every teenager move forward fearlessly on the road of scientific and technological innovation, live up to love and live up to themselves with the courage and strength endowed by this experience.
