4 月 19 日,依托 2026 剑桥国际东亚区学校大会,万科梅沙书院荣幸接待中、日、蒙古国共 29 位校方管理者及教育工作者来访交流。


On April 19, Vanke Meisha Academy (VMA) was honoured to host 29 school leaders and educators from China, Japan, and Mongolia as part of the Cambridge East Asia Schools Conference 2026.


本次参访为参会代表近距离体验梅沙书院育人环境、开展专业交流搭建优质平台,共同探讨如何为多元升学目标的学生提供更优质、适配的成长支持。


The visit provided an opportunity for delegates to experience VMA’s learning environment, engage in professional exchange, and explore how schools can better support students with diverse academic goals.

Designing Pathways for Diverse Learners


题分享环节中,书院全面介绍三大培养体系。该模式立足学生多元发展需求,精准适配美式、英式及艺术特色升学方向,全面覆盖海外升学诉求。


梅沙书院摒弃同质化培养模式,坚持为学生定制专属发展体系与个性化支持方案。三大学院定位清晰、特色分明,在差异化教学基础上,坚守学术卓越底线,全方位赋能学生综合发展。


During the sharing session, VMA introduced its three-track model, which has been developed in response to the needs of students pursuing different university pathways, including the US, UK, and arts-focused programmes.


Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, VMA’s model is built around the idea that students require different structures and support systems to succeed. Each pathway is designed with a clear focus, while maintaining a shared commitment to academic excellence and student development.

科梅沙书院迎来剑桥国际学校十周年。书院将剑桥课程全面融入中英融合课程,使之成为校内三大核心培养路径之一。依托 IGCSE 与 A-Level 课程体系,学生稳步积淀学术功底、提升学科专业素养,从容奔赴英国及世界顶尖名校深造。

Vanke Meisha Academy is proud to celebrate 10 years as a Cambridge International School.At VMA, the Cambridge curriculum is fully integrated into our UK Track, forming one of the three key pathways within our academic model. Through the IGCSE and A Level programmes, students develop strong academic foundations and subject-specific expertise, preparing them for progression to leading universities in the UK and globally.


Over the past decade, this partnership has supported the continuous refinement of our UK Track, particularly in areas such as language development and academic readiness. It has also enabled us to provide a structured and rigorous pathway that aligns with the needs of our students.

次交流核心聚焦:如何帮助学生平稳衔接高阶国际课程,从容应对高强度学术学习挑战。

万科梅沙书院重点聚焦两大核心能力培育:

  • 语言能力提升:适配全英文教学场景,依托欧洲语言共同参考框架(CEFR)搭建系统化语言培养体系,稳步提升学生学术阅读、写作及学科专属英语应用能力,为IGCSE、A-Level等国际课程学习及海外深造夯实语言基础。

  • 科学素养培育:突破单一知识讲授,侧重实验设计、数据分析、科学表达等综合科研能力培养。融合探究式学习、校园科学展等实践场景,在实操中塑造科学思维。

夯实基础能力是书院核心教育理念,更是学生实现长期学术成长与持续突破的关键。


key focus of the sharing was how schools can support students before they enter high-stakes academic programmes.


At VMA, particular emphasis is placed on:


  • Language development, especially for students learning in an English-medium environment. Through a structured approach aligned with Common European Framework Of Reference for Language (CEFR), students build the academic reading, writing, and subject-specific language skills needed for success in IGCSE, A Level, and beyond.

  • Science skill development, where the focus extends beyond content knowledge to include experimental design, data analysis, and scientific communication. Inquiry-based learning and curriculum-integrated experiences such as the Science Fair play an important role in this process.

These approaches reflect VMA’s belief that strong foundations are essential for long-term academic success.

A Platform for Professional Exchange


表团随行参观校园,实地走访 STEAM 实验室、视觉艺术工作室、科学实验中心等核心教学场地,直观了解书院国际化硬件配套与教学环境。各校代表围绕升学体系构建、前置素养培育、差异化学情适配等议题,展开深度研讨与经验互通。


The visit also included a guided campus tour, showcasing key learning spaces such as STEAM labs, visual arts studios, and science facilities.Delegates engaged in discussions on how different schools design pathways, support student readiness, and respond to the challenges of diverse learning needs.

传递学生视角

Contributing Student Voice to the Conference


次大会期间,书院一名 AS 阶段学子受邀参与学生论坛,作为学生代表现场发言。该学生与东亚各校教育代表深入交流,分享校内剑桥课程学习体验,阐述多元升学体系对学业提升与个人成长的双重助力。


此次学生发声,凸显学生主体在国际化教育中的重要意义,以真实就读体验,为各校课程优化与教育革新提供鲜活实践参考。


As part of the wider Cambridge East Asia Schools Conference, a VMA AS-level student was invited to participate in a student panel session.


The student engaged with delegates from across the region, sharing their experience of Cambridge learning at VMA and reflecting on how the school’s pathway structure supports both academic development and personal growth.


This opportunity highlighted the importance of student voice, and provided an authentic perspective on how educational design is experienced in practice.
