Since the launch of this charity event, we have received tremendous support and enthusiastic participation from families across our school community. According to the consolidated statistics, the total value of donated items and sponsorships for this event amounted to RMB 264,144, and the cash donations raised totalled RMB 97,808.
To ensure full transparency, proper allocation, and clear accountability for every contribution received, the FoH Committee conducted careful financial management and thorough reconciliation throughout the entire event process. Necessary operational expenses incurred during the event, including venue setup, material procurement, event execution, and logistical support, were all reviewed and accounted for accordingly. After deducting all reasonable event-related expenses, the final charitable surplus amounted to RMB 32,363.38.
All proceeds will be dedicated to purchasing educational supplies for the schools supported through the Nanshan Education Bureau partnership programme — Xiuduan Middle School in Xiuduan Town, Lianping County, and Lianping Middle School in Heyuan City — in support of local educational development and student learning resources.
