本届汉语节于2025年10月1日启动，至2026年3月31日圆满收官，各项核心数据均实现历史性突破：

作为本届汉语节的核心学术盛事，6月13日至14日，第六届国际汉语节教师研讨会暨教育领导力峰会在VPA校园内举行。

本次峰会汇聚全球顶尖教育专家，聚焦AI赋能、包容性教育、跨文化素养等前沿议题。多位重量级专家带来了精彩的主旨演讲与工作坊：

峰会期间，来自上海、北京、香港、新加坡、美国等地的名师还带来了十余场平行工作坊，内容从课程设计到二语教学、从AI赋能到文化传承，全面覆盖了国际中文教育的核心关切。

Insightful Exchange: VPA Co‑hosts Bilingual Debate Competition

本次汉语节，VPA与香港沪江维多利亚学校（VSA）、国际汉语节协会携手，在香港成功举办了第六届国际汉语节双语辩论赛。赛事吸引了来自深圳、香港、台北等城市多地学校的辩手同台竞技。最终，东道主VSA代表队斩获三个组别冠军，我校VPA荣获八至九年级组亚军及六至七年级组季军。

正如大赛所倡导的：奖杯并非唯一追求，跨越校际的思想共鸣与真挚友谊，才是这场盛宴最珍贵的馈赠。

Role Model Power: VPA Students Return with Honours

在第六届国际汉语节中，VPA师生表现卓越，再续辉煌：

VPA学子在本届国际汉语节中表现优异，在各组别组中斩获各组别不同类型奖项共61项，包括冠军26项，亚军18项，季军10项，优良奖7项。两位VPA学子取得“状元奖”。

“状元”学生是本届汉语节中获得最高荣誉的学生代表，他们在四个或以上项目中获得冠军，来自不同国家和地区。

陶敏媛同学荣获中国内地赛区国际汉语节状元奖。

何佳宜同学获港澳台赛区国际汉语节状元奖。

徐漾老师凭借出色的指导获此殊荣。

丽林维育维多利亚学校荣获“优秀组织奖”。

VPA承办这一盛会，深深植根于我们对中文教育的深刻理解。我们致力于让学生在全球化背景下，保持对中国传统文化的深刻热爱，从而形成更全面、更多元的世界观。在VPA，中文从未被视作一门单纯的学科，而是“扎根中国、放眼世界”教育理念的基石。

本次汉语节期间，VPA从赛事筹备、学生作品到“读写融合”、非遗工坊、AI辩论等课程特色，展现出扎实的组织力与深厚的教学积淀。来访教育界同仁高度赞誉：VPA不仅为全球汉语爱好者搭建了专业开放的交流舞台，更用行动诠释了“扎根中国、放眼世界”的办学追求，让文化自信与思辨能力真实生长。

The 6th Festival ran from October 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, achieving historic breakthroughs across all key indicators:

As the core academic highlight of this year’s Festival, the 6th International Chinese Language Festival Teacher Symposium and Educational Leadership Summit took place on the VPA campus from June 13 to 14.

The summit brought together top global education experts to focus on cutting‑edge topics such as AI empowerment, inclusive education, and cross‑cultural competence. Several distinguished experts delivered inspiring keynote speeches and workshops:

During the summit, renowned educators from Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, and elsewhere led more than ten parallel workshops, covering key concerns in international Chinese education, from curriculum design and second‑language teaching to AI empowerment and cultural heritage.

As part of this year’s Festival, VPA, together with Victoria Shanghai Academy (VSA) and the International Chinese Language Festival Association, successfully held the 6th International Chinese Language Festival Bilingual Debate Competition in Hong Kong. The event attracted debaters from schools in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Taipei, and other cities. In the end, the host team from VSA won championships in three categories, while our school VPA earned runner‑up in the Grades 8‑9 category and third place in the Grades 6‑7 category.

As the competition advocates: trophies are not the only goal – the true treasures are the intellectual resonance and genuine friendships forged across schools.

In the 6th International Chinese Language Festival, VPA teachers and students excelled once again:

VPA students performed excellently in this Chinese Language Festival, winning a total of 61 awards across different categories, including 26 championships, 18 second-place awards, 10 third-place awards, and 7 merit awards. Two VPA students received the "Top Scholar Award".

These “Champion” students represent the highest distinction in this year’s Festival, having won first place in four or more categories, coming from different countries and regions.

Tao Minyuan received the highest honour, the "Champion" award.

He Jiayi received the highest honour, the "Champion" award.

Ms. Xu Yang received this award for her excellent guidance.

Victoria Park Academy was honoured with the "Outstanding Organisation Award."

These achievements are not only recognition of the hard work of VPA teachers and students, but also the best testament to our school’s educational philosophy: "Rooted in China, with a Global Vision."

VPA’s decision to host this grand event is deeply rooted in our profound understanding of Chinese language education. We are committed to helping students develop a deep love for traditional Chinese culture in the context of globalisation, thereby forming a more comprehensive and diverse worldview. From innovative curriculum designs that integrate myths and AI debates into Chinese lessons, to rich cultural experiences such as traditional Chinese painting and intangible cultural heritage clubs, and to a solid academic support system – we always strive to cultivate students’ cultural confidence, deep critical thinking, and unique expressive abilities. We believe that only by deeply rooting themselves in Chinese culture can students grow into towering trees – future talents with cultural depth and competitiveness in the wave of globalisation.

During this Chinese Language Festival, VPA demonstrated solid organisational capacity and profound teaching depth, from event preparations and student works to its distinctive curriculum features such as "reading-writing integration", intangible cultural heritage workshops, and AI debates. Visiting educators spoke highly of VPA, noting that the school has not only built a professional and open stage for Chinese language enthusiasts worldwide, but also embodied, through its actions, the educational pursuit of being "rooted in China with a global vision" — allowing cultural confidence and critical thinking to truly grow.
