Led by Ms. Petals, the EYFS Adventure Camp offered our youngest students engaging core English lessons. The curriculum covered a variety of themes to provide an interactive and educational experience:
Students explored the world of superheroes, learning about different characters, their superpowers, and the importance of bravery and helping others.
This theme focused on self-expression and body awareness, giving students the opportunity to talk about their interests and favorites, while learning positive affirmations to enhance their sense of identity and confidence.
Through crafts, games, learning the family finger song, and sharing family stories, students celebrated the importance of family bonds.
Students explored different areas of the school such as the classroom, library, and playground, while learning about the importance of following rules and respecting teachers and peers.
Understanding the concept of seasons, students learned about different seasons and their characteristics, engaging in related activities to enhance their knowledge and appreciation of the natural world.
Students explored different types of vacations and destinations, engaging in imaginative play and storytelling to better understand the concept of a vacation.
These themes not only provided fun learning experiences but also sparked students' curiosity and creativity.
