On the first day at Kingsley School, each student will be assigned a boarding buddy. In the following days, children will share stay with their buddies. The school also organizes enjoyable evening dormitory activities every night to enhance communication among the children.
On January 31st, in the morning, the children will visit the Eden Garden together. Upon returning to school in the afternoon, they will have the opportunity to engage in various artistic activities with their British counterparts, including drama, music, and painting.
In addition to interacting with partners from Kingsley School, we will also visit Oxford Greene College, where students will experience the tutorial learning system. Oxford Greene College is one of the oldest tutorial-style colleges in Oxford, offering customized coaching courses for students aged 16-18 preparing for university entrance exams. The college has an outstanding track record, with a significantly higher percentage of students gaining admission to Oxford, Cambridge, and the G5 group compared to typical private schools in the UK (80% of students entering Oxford or Cambridge).
Furthermore, we will guide the children to participate in a UK university admissions seminar and a networking event organized by the Cambridge University Chinese Students and Scholars Association. These activities aim to facilitate a deeper understanding of the British higher education system and promote international exchanges.
