The year is drawing to a close, and the stars are brilliant.On December 30, 2024, the signing ceremony for the comprehensive strategic cooperation framework agreement between Wuhan No. 2 Middle School and ISA Wuhan Wenhua Senior High School was held at Wuhan No. 2 Middle School. Leaders from the Jiang'an District Government of Wuhan, heads of the Jiang'an District Education Bureau, the Party Committee Secretary of Wuhan No. 2 Middle School, Huang Yong, the principal of Wuhan No. 2 Middle School, Xiao Ping'an, and other relevant leaders from No. 2 Middle School, as well as directors from ISA International Education Group, the chairman of ISA Wuhan Education Investment Co., Ltd., Wang Haobo, and the principal of ISA Wuhan International Education Park, Jia Qian, attended the signing ceremony. This cooperation marks a new chapter in both parties' joint exploration of educational internationalization, and it will play a positive role in promoting the regional education towards higher-quality international development and enhancing the international business environment.

The "National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)" proposes: "Strengthen international understanding education, promote cross-cultural exchanges, and enhance students' knowledge and understanding of different countries and cultures." The "Opinions of the Ministry of Education and Seven Other Departments on Accelerating and Expanding Education Opening-up in the New Era" also points out: "In the field of basic education, international understanding education in primary and secondary schools will be strengthened to help students establish a sense of community with a shared future for mankind, and to cultivate new era youth who are well-rounded in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor, and possess an international perspective."

In response to the national initiative and in line with educational policies, Wuhan No. 2 Middle School and ISA Wuhan have joined forces to cooperate in areas such as international understanding education, curriculum innovation, joint teacher research, student joint training, and teacher-student exchanges and visits. Together, they aim to promote the integration and innovation of domestic high-quality educational practices and international advanced educational concepts, and to explore new models of high-quality educational integration.

The person in charge of the Jiang'an District Education Bureau said that both Wuhan No. 2 Middle School and ISA Wuhan enjoy a high reputation in the education industry. This strong collaboration between the two schools is an active exploration and practice of education internationalization in the new era. It is hoped that both parties will start from a higher point, maintain higher goals, and continuously deepen cooperation in aspects such as curriculum settings, teacher exchanges, and teaching research. Through the effective integration and sharing of educational resources, and the exchange and communication of information, it is expected to promote the internationalization of education in Jiang'an District to a new level.

Huang Yong, the Party Secretary of Wuhan No. 2 Middle School, is full of confidence in this cooperation and future development. He stated that Wuhan No. 2 Middle School actively responds to the national policy of education opening-up in the new era, adheres to the mission of "cultivating talents for the Party and the country," and strengthens external exchanges and cooperation. Based on the common vision of cultivating future talents, the two sides will carry out diverse forms of cooperation and exploration in areas such as curriculum innovation, teaching and research, camp activities, social public welfare, career planning, cultivation of outstanding and innovative talents, and exchanges between industry, academia, and research.

It is understood that Wuhan No. 2 Middle School is a "National Demonstration School for the Implementation of New Curriculum and New Textbooks," a "Key Middle School in Hubei Province," and a "Leading Ordinary High School in Wuhan."
