The Winter Olympics 2022 are in full swing in Beijing. Beginning their competitions yesterday at 14:00, MCS “old boys” Grant Hardie and Hammy McMillan Jnr represented the UK as Team Mouat GB took on Italy securing a 7-5 win. They went on to play the USA today and Norway tonight.

With a busy schedule ahead of them Team Mouat GB have lots of support behind them.   The athletes have had lots of encouragement via social media and the old boys replied with MCS & MIS’s well-known motto “Ready ay Ready”.

Ready for the world!  Ready for the challenge!  Ready to be winners! 

北京冬奥会正在如火如荼地进行中。在昨天14:00的冰壶小组循环赛中，曼彻斯通校友Grant Hardie和Hammy McMillan Jnr代表英国对战意大利，并以7:5的成绩赢得了对手。今天，他们继续与美国队和挪威队进行比赛。

面对密集紧张的赛程，英国队得到了很多的支持。曼校在社交账号上与两位校友互动，为他们加油打气。两位校友也以“Ready Ay Ready”（为未来而来）的校训做出回应。
