The harmlessness of printed books to personal health can never be exaggerated. Even though it is various E-books or multiple reading apps that are easy to change the background light, the harm of them are still more than the traditional paper books. Statistics investigating five thousand children reported by the life and health college of Chinese Academy of Sciences show that the children who use e-books to read for one hour have 50% ’s probability than those who read by paper book for an hour to harm eyesight. (8mins)
Besides, immersive reading cannot live without tangible books. It is not uncommon to believe that it is awfully easy to be drunk in real books. Reading tools can be divided into two groups in light of the diversity of the function, which means only can you read when you are reading a real book because of its single function, however, when we are using other tools such as e-books and reading apps, the readers, for instance, can be easily distracted by the variety of functions.(6mins)
Although paper books never fail to restore information in an absolutely safe way, digital books have an inborn advantage that is gaining resources extraordinarily efficient. When a reader intend to look for a series of books, the only thing he or she needs to do is searching in the digital resource library within several minutes rather than to do a lot of things in the real library.(4 mins)
So many benefits can traditional printed books bring to us that even though they are not recognized as an efficient way to gain reading resources or for sharing the feelings when we are reading, they can contribute to healthy life, the safe way for keeping information as well as building a bridge between knowledge and personal inside happiness.(3 mins)
