Mrs. Danny Wang graduated from the Capital Normal University. She is a certificated Positive Discipline instructor. Danny gained her insight on early childhood and international education by visiting schools in England, Canada, America, Japan, and Singapore, and completed IB PYP professional development program. She has 20 years of working experience in bilingual kindergartens and currently holds the position of Head of Beanstalk Kindergartens.

Mrs. Zhu Ping graduated from the Pre-school Education Department of Beijing Normal University. She has been teaching for 28 years, and has worked as a first-level teacher in management positions for 16 years. Ms. Zhu was awarded as Excellent Worker of the Private Education Association and Outstanding Manager of Haidian District. Ms. Zhu is a master of kindergarten management and team building. It is her lifelong ideal and pursuit to make the preschool education better and more wonderful with love.

Hello, I am Clarissa Scholtz, and I major in the Intermediate Phase Education. During the past four years I have taught Kindergarten through to High school. I was actively involved in designing and implementing innovative and creative ways to support foundation phase learning and development. I always make sure to incorporate rich experiences in my learners learning experiences. My goal as a teacher is to always take my class on adventures where they are able to investigate new ideas, and form their own thoughts and ideas through hands-on learning experiences. I believe every child is unique and learns at their own pace, but they all deserve an opportunity to learn through their own learning style.

She has lived and worked in Europe for many years, and obtained a master’s degree on Education Management in Europe. She has over 13 years’ experience in early childhood education management. she is familiar with Montessori, Reggio, EYFS, IB and other international education philosophies, she believes all the children are unique, and specializes in inquiry- based learning and support learner agency.
