HD Anniversary Day Tips: 

Let’s Celebrate the 5th Anniversary

1. 活动当天学校仅开放东门出入，请导航搜索“北京赫德东坝校区东门”，门口将设有学校指示牌。为了避免拥挤，请您按照预约时段入场。

   On the day of the event, the school will only have the east gate open for entry and exit. Please use navigation to search for "HD Beijing Dongba Campus East Gate," where there will be school signs at the entrance. In order to ensure a pleasant and orderly experience, we kindly request that you adhere to your scheduled entry time to avoid overcrowding.

   
   

2.  学校没有公共停车场，请优先选择城市公共交通自行车等绿色方式; 如您距离较远建议您打车出行。如需开车请务必停至附近停车场，避免停在非划线区域为您和他人带来不便。

   Kindly note that there is no public parking available on the school premises. We strongly encourage you to prioritize environmentally-friendly transportation options, such as utilizing city public transportation or bicycles. If you are traveling from a considerable distance, we recommend considering the convenience of taking a taxi. Should you require parking, we kindly request that you utilize nearby designated parking facilities to ensure the utmost convenience for yourself and others, while avoiding parking in undesignated areas.

   
   

3.  赫德校庆日的服装建议以简便休闲为主，穿运动鞋或者平底鞋为佳。

   We recommend adopting a dress code that reflects a casual and comfortable style. It is advisable to wear athletic shoes or flat shoes.

   
   

4. 根据天气预报，活动当天预计会出现降温和小雨的情况，请您和家人注意保暖。我们已经为每个活动区域准备了应急预案，以确保活动能够顺利进行。并为所有学生和家长们准备了雨衣，以便您在需要时使用。

   Weather forecast predicts cooler temperatures and possible rainfall during the event. Remember to dress warmly and prepare for rain. Each activity zone has rain contingency plans in place to ensure a smooth event experience. Raincoats will be available for students and parents when needed.

1. 入场时间为 9:30-16:30，活动现场分为4个区域（市集区，表演区，互动区和展示区）。在您等待时，欢迎您到四个主题区拍照留念! 如您可以集齐四个区的合影发至朋友圈并获取50个赞，我们将为您提供一份赫德之光大巴车的奖品，其中包括北京赫德五周年特刊，北京赫德五周年咖啡或北京赫德五周年纪念T恤等。礼品有限，先到先得。

   Event entry time is 9:30-16:30 with four themed areas. The event venue is divided into four distinct areas: the Market Zone, Performance Zone, Interactive Zone, and Exhibition Zone. While you await the commencement of the activities, we cordially invite you to capture memorable photographs in each of these themed areas. Should you successfully collect photographs from all four zones and receive a minimum of 50 likes upon sharing them on your social media platform, we are delighted to offer you a distinguished prize - the HD Highlight Bus package. This exclusive package includes the HD Beijing 5th Anniversary Special Edition Magazine, HD Beijing 5th Anniversary Coffee, or a commemorative HD Beijing 5th Anniversary T-shirt. We would like to kindly emphasize that the availability of these prizes is limited and they will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

   
   

2. 请留意表演场次的时间：‍‍‍上午10点开始进行小学场的演出；下午2:30开始进行中学场的演出。

   We kindly draw your attention to the performance schedule: the primary school performances will commence at 10:00 AM, followed by the secondary school performances starting at 2:30 PM.‍‍‍

   
   

3. 赫德校庆日活动现场提供饮用水，如需要热水，请您至室内休息区自取。建议您自带水杯。

   Complimentary drinking water will be provided at the HD anniversary event venue. Should you require hot water, we invite you to avail yourself of the indoor rest area. To enhance convenience, we recommend bringing a personal water bottle.

   
   

4. 本次赫德校庆日活动现场将会提供临时厕所，请您参考《导览手册》。

   Temporary restroom facilities will be available on-site at the Herde anniversary event venue. For detailed information, we kindly refer you to consult the "Guidebook."

   
   

5. 学校当天将开放校内大厅供休息使用，您也可自备野餐垫。为了维护校园环境及安全，请使用地垫，不要支帐篷。

   The school's grand hall will be accessible for relaxation during the event, and you are welcome to bring your own picnic mat for added comfort. To preserve the integrity of our campus environment and prioritize safety, we kindly request the usage of provided mats and kindly discourage the setup of tents.

   The event will be accompanied by a comprehensive live photo broadcast. For instant access to this captivating visual experience, please scan the photo livestream QR code featured in the "Guidebook."

1. 在您购买食物时，如果存在您过敏的食物，请务必提前告知商铺。

   When purchasing food, it is imperative to inform the vendors in advance if you have any allergies to ensure a safe dining experience.

   
   

2. 为防止小朋友走失，会在现场提供杜邦纸签到手环(您可以填写姓名，年龄，联系电话)。如有任何突发状况，请您至问询处，会有工作人员协助您!

   To prevent any potential instances of children getting separated from their guardians, DuPont paper sign-in wristbands will be provided on-site. These wristbands can be personalized with the child's name, age, and contact number. In the event of any emergencies or concerns, please promptly seek assistance at the information desk, where our dedicated staff will be readily available to provide support.

   
   

3. 如果您或者您身边的人出现身体不适情况及时和附近咨询点位联系。

   In the unfortunate occurrence of any physical discomfort experienced by you or those in your vicinity, please reach out to the nearest designated medical assistance point for immediate attention and care.

   
   

4. 注意看管好个人随身物品，防止丢失。请不要移动教室内学生、教师用品。

   Please exercise vigilant custody of your personal belongings to prevent any instances of loss or theft. Please do not remove/move the study tools and teaching materials in the classrooms.

   
   

5. 请不要携带易燃，易爆等违禁物品入场内，校内不可吸烟。

   Please refrain from bringing prohibited items, such as flammable or explosive substances, into the event premises. Furthermore, please be informed that smoking is strictly prohibited within the school grounds, in compliance with our non-smoking policy.

   
   

6. 婴儿推车可以入校，为了您和他人的安全，滑板车、轮滑、儿童自行车不可以入校。

   Baby strollers are permitted within the campus premises to prioritize safety. However, please note that skateboards, rollerblades, and children's bicycles are not allowed on campus, as they may pose potential hazards to both yourself and others.

   
   

7.  本次校庆日禁止携带宠物。

   Pets are not permitted at the event venue.
