【食物的里程情景剧】

孩子们通过一场生动的角色扮演情景剧，向大家揭示了“食物的旅程”以及食物是如何到达我们的餐桌的。他们详细地展示了食物从生产地开始，经过加工厂的处理、超市的售卖、集贸市场的交易，最后到达消费者手中，再经过一系列烹饪过程，最终形成我们可以享用的美味食物的全过程。

在孩子们的精彩表演下，食物的旅行清晰地呈现在我们面前，这不仅让我们理解食物生产与消费的全过程，也帮助孩子们更深刻地认识到了组成食物系统的各个环节以及其对社区的重要性。

The children showed us the "miles of food" and how food gets to our table through a role-play. In the process of the performance, the children showed the food from the production site through theprocessing plant, supermarkets and then to the hands of consumers, and finally people through a series of processes such as cooking, and finally we can taste the delicious food.

【悯农情景剧】

在展示“人们对食品系统的依赖性，”这一条探究线索的理解时，孩子们进行了《悯农》情景剧的表演。他们的表演着力揭示了粮食问题及其与人类生活的紧密关系。

通过将古代诗歌《悯农》转化为现代情景剧这种寓教于乐的形式，孩子们更加具体的体会到了粮食生产的艰辛以及种植粮食的不易。

这部情景剧不仅宣传了粮食的重要性，还强调了我们应当珍惜每一粒粮食，理解并尊重那些致力于粮食生产的劳动者。孩子们想要告诉大家：粮食的来之不易，我们要珍惜粮食。

KG kids showed us how dependent people are on the food

system through a love drama. Following this line of inquiry, the children also discovered the problem of food and the inextricable connection between food and the people of the world. Through the [compassion for farmers] sitcom of ancient poetry, we tell you that food is not easy to come by, and we should cherish food.

【介绍海报-改变世界，从改变自己和社区开始】

在经过了一系列的探究后，孩子们决定要采取行动，他们把在课堂上的讨论以及想法转化为成果，从而影响身边更多的人。从身边的发现和问题出发，他们向大家展示了自己设计的海报，以此来呼吁大家要进行光盘行动，拒绝浪费。

[Introduction Poster - Changing the World, Starting with Changing Yourself and Your Community] 

After a series of inquiry, the children need to put their ideas into action. They need to turn the discussions and ideas they have discussed in class into results that will influence the people around them. Kg students showed the posters they designed and told everyone to Clear Your Plate Campaign and refuse to waste.

Healthy Meal poster.After the students completed their Unit of inquiry “food glorious food” they demonstrated their poster by means of a demonstration working in groups. The posters consisted of a healthy meal, which had the five various food groups and each student had to explain what each food group was and if it were healthy or not.

【艺术欣赏展示】

在探索“食物”这一主题的过程中，小学部学前班的孩子们也创作出了一系列与食物相关的艺术作品。从草间弥生的波点南瓜，到温暖的冬日火锅派对，再到香甜可口的松软面包，每一件作品都充满了创意与想象力，同时也展示了孩子们对于食物的深度理解和独特见解。

In this theme, the children also created a series of food related art works, such as: Kusama's polka dot pumpkin, winter fondue party, delicious soft bread, etc.

【主题研学】

在进行主题回顾和反思时，老师们表示本主题的外出研学对孩子们在真实生活情境中进行学习的重要意义。

孩子们亲自去到购物超市进行选择和购买食物。他们需要运用所学的关于“食物金字塔”，“健康与不健康的食物”以及“我身体需要的食物和我想要的食物”的知识，在超市中挑选出五种不同类别的食物，包括碳水化合物、水果和蔬菜、奶制品、蛋白质、和脂肪。每个学生都有100元的预算，需要按照购物计划清单精心选择食物。

在面对琳琅满目的商品时，孩子们被吸引，但也需要认真思考、对比价格，最后作出符合预算和健康标准的选择。这个过程鼓励他们独立思考、做决策，并实践他们对健康食物选择的理解。

回到学校后，孩子们反思自己的购物经历，审查他们是否成功购买到了五种不同类别的食物，以及这些食物中哪些是健康的，哪些是不健康的，哪些是他们身体需要的，哪些只是他们想要的。

学前班的Amy老师和Vina老师表示，本次研学给孩子们留下的是深刻的学习和生活体验。“生活即教育”，这次在超市的研学活动最重要的收获不仅是在生活中运用所学知识，更是帮助孩子们亲身体验生活和购物的乐趣，培养他们对于健康食物选择的鉴赏力。

When reviewing and reflecting on the unit, the teachers expressed the importance of the field trip on this topic for children to learn in real life situations. KG English Homeroom teacher Mr. Jodie shared: Through this unit I felt that the students developed good understanding on how food systems play vital role in society, and they developed great initiative in making healthy food choices by understanding that each food group plays a vital role in keeping a balanced diet, therefore becoming knowledgeable and principled students.

在超学科主题的探究学习中，家长也是学习环境中不可缺少的一环。他们在背后默默地支持着孩子的学习，也感叹于IB带给孩子和自己的惊喜。

KG班的家长在主题结束后与我们分享到：在这个过程中，我能看到孩子不断进行着逻辑清晰的表达。通过食物，新角度的世界观得到建立，孩子在家里都要求厨房按照食物金字塔排菜，这是一个惊喜。

同时，通过与艺术课的超学科融合教学，孩子的美商也得到了提升。在语言学习方面，孩子的英文表达得到提升，一个戏剧对话的设计和练习，让孩子在趣味学习中练习了英文。通过进行总结性评估展示汇报，锻炼了孩子在公众面前进行表达的自信，这份仪式感也让我们家长感动。

总之，整个探究循环过程，极大地激发了孩子的求知兴趣，并让知识和技能转化为了积极的世界观，还由此引导出下一个主题的学习。

IB各个主题并不是单纯独立存在，都有关联性，下一个主题的我们如何表达自己，我们期待着孩子能够能将学习情绪和热情不断的延伸下去。
