CCIS快讯丨篮球友谊赛 Basketball Game

6月6日下午，我校篮球队的小伙子们在浅水湾国际体育公园，与九林学校篮球社的队员展开了第二场友谊赛的较量。

Our CCIS boys' basketball team competed a second time with Jiulin School's basketball club at the International sports park in the afternoon of June 6th.

本次友谊赛规定为16岁，我校队员全部为U14以下。开场不久，对方内线球员展现出良好的身体素质，我们一度比分落后。

The age restriction for this game was under 16 years old, while all players from CCIS were under 14 years old. Soon after the start, the opponents showed their good physical fitness, and our score was way below them.

面对比自己高半个头的对手，我校队员展现出了敢拼敢抢，团队协作的体育竞技精神。看来上次失利让队员们对待比赛的态度产生了积极的作用。

Nevertheless, CCIS team showed good sportsmanship and 'fight-as-a-team' spirit while facing their opponents who were half a head taller than themselves. It seemed that the previous defeat contributed a positive effect on their attitudes towards the competition.

半场结束，CCIS以22比30落后九林8分。

At the end of the first half, CCIS trailed behind Jiulin by 8 points with 22 to 30 points.

比赛进入第四节，双方比分交替领先，在九林一位队员由于两次技术犯规而被罚离场之时，我校队员抓住机会，打出一波8比0的小高潮，最终以58比48战胜对手。

The game entered the fourth match, and the two sides took the lead alternately. When a player from Jiulin was sent off due to two technical fouls, CCIS team seized the opportunity and finally won, beating the opponent with a score of 58 to 48. Well done CCIS team!
