在这个充满变革和创新的时代,教育亦不例外。为了更好地提升教学质量,成都康礼学校开展了“公开课”活动,这是学校教学改革的尝试,也是对教育教学质量提升的一次深度探索。

In order to better improve the quality of teaching, Cogdel School Chengdu has carried out the "open lesson" activity, which is the school’s attempt of teaching reform and a deep exploration of improving the quality of teaching and learning.



“公开课”活动的目的在于推动老师间的共享和交流。我们相信,每位老师都有其独特的教学方法和技巧,这些都是极其宝贵的教学资源。通过公开课活动,我们希望每位老师都能够积极展示自己的教学理念和技巧,同时也能从他人的课堂中寻找到自我提升的灵感。这样的互动式教学不仅能够发现和解决教学中的问题,而且能够激发老师们的教学热情和创新精神,提升教学质量。


The purpose of the "open lesson" activity is to promote sharing and communication among teachers. We believe that every teacher has his or her own unique teaching methods and techniques, which are extremely valuable teaching resources. We hope that every teacher can actively demonstrate their own teaching concepts and skills through the "open lesson" activity, and at the same time seek inspiration for self-improvement from others' classrooms. Such interactive teaching can not only identify and solve the problems in teaching, but also stimulate the teachers' teaching enthusiasm and innovative spirit, and improve the teaching quality.




康礼“公开课”首周大数据分享



在首周的公开课中,Greg老师的英语课学生参与度非常高,课堂互动一个接着一个,整个课堂洋溢着欢声笑语,知识就这样以一种不同寻常的方式跑进了同学们的脑袋,听课教师们也纷纷表示希望能够再次安排Greg老师的公开课。Adam老师的生物课,是最受老师们欢迎的课堂,11名老师共同观摩,创造了公开课首周的纪录。而在整个教学过程中,没有单向的知识输出,而是连同听课老师们也参与其中,和学生一起探究生物学知识,氛围非常不错。


In the first week of the open lesson activity, Mr. Greg's English class had a very high level of students participation, with one classroom interaction after another. The whole class was filled with laughter and joy, and knowledge entered the students head in an unusual way. The teachers who observed the lesson also hoped to observe Mr.Greg's open lesson again. Adam's Biology class was the most popular class among teachers with 11 teachers observing, setting a record for the first week of an open lesson. Throughout the lesson, it’s not the teacher to impart knowledge to the students one-way, but gettin all the students and observing teachers involved in exploring biological knowledge, creating a very good atmosphere.




“公开课”活动得到了教师们的热烈反响。他们普遍认为,公开课提供了一个优质的平台,使他们有机会了解和学习其他老师的教学方法,从中得到了许多有益的启示,获取更多的教学灵感——原来一堂课可以这么来上,原来这个知识点可以这么来教,原来还可以这样来组织活动激发学生兴趣……教学主管Romeo老师提到,“公开课”的亮点在于其开放性和共享性,它打造了一个教师之间互动、学习、提升的平台。老师们参与的热情比预期更高,这说明老师们其实也很想走出自己的教室,走进别人的教室,多看多学,这也是老师们职业发展过程中的一个重要环节。很多老师们确实受到了激励,现在已经有老师在获得授课老师允许的前提下,自发地去听其他老师的非公开课,这也是我们举行公开课的目的,促进老师们跨学科多交流,相互取长补短。

It turns out a lesson can be taught in this way, the knowledge point can be taught in this way, and activities can be organized in this way to stimulate students' interest... Mr. Romeo, the teaching supervisor, mentions that the highlight of "open lesson" is its openness and sharing, which creates a platform for interaction, learning and improvement among teachers. The enthusiasm of teachers’ participation is higher than expected, which indicates that teachers actually want to enter other teachers’ classrooms from their own to see and learn more. It is also an important part of teachers’ professional development. Many teachers are really motivated, and now some teachers volunteer to observe other teachers’ non-public lessons with the permission of the classroom teacher. This is also the purpose of our open lessons, to promote interdisciplinary communication and mutual learning among teachers.




成都康礼学校督学Oscar老师对我校开展的“公开课”活动表示了高度的认可,他表示公开课活动的意义和重要性不仅在于提升教师的教学技能,更在于推动教育教学的改革和创新。通过每位老师的积极参与和反馈,共同探讨,共同进步,解决在自身教学过程中遇到的问题与困惑。同时,他也对老师们参与“公开课”活动提出了一些建设性的意见,比如,老师们在开展公开课时,要有明确的教学目标和策略;在听课时要有目标,要学会从别人的课堂中找到自己需要的东西。

He said that the significance and importance of the open lesson activity is not only to improve the teaching skills of teachers, but also to promote the reform and innovation of education and teaching. Through the active participation and feedback of each teacher, we can discuss together, make progress together, and solve the problems and puzzles encountered in their own teaching process. At the same time, he also put forward constructive suggestions for teachers’ participation in the "open lesson" activity. For example, the teachers should have clear teaching objectives and strategies when carrying out an open lesson; The observing teachers should have goals while observing and learn to find what they need from the observed lessons.




教育教学不能闭门造车,公开课活动是我校提升教学质量的重要抓手。让我们期待公开课活动的持续深化,有更多的老师能参与到这个活动中来;期待老师们的教学技能不断提升,期待成都康礼学校教育教学质量的不断提升。让我们一起以开放的心态,追求卓越的教学。
