为贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展纲要（2010-2020年）》，推进小学部制度建设，进一步加强学校、家庭之间的联合和交流，共同形成教育合力，打造教育生态圈，即“养育+教育”，同时也为了更好地聆听，服务家长们的需求，提供更多家长参与小学部各项活动的机会，见证孩子们的成长，搭建家校共建的良好平台，本学年，成都康礼学校小学部开设了家校沟通坊。
正如李玫瑾教授所说：家庭是我们人生的起点，家庭教育是孩子成长的关键，是学校教育和社会教育的基础。孩子的人格形成于家庭（尤其是心理抚养）、茁壮于学校、贡献于社会，那么我们在养育和教育的过程中，到底真正想要的是什么？如何搭建这样的共育平台来实现我们的育人目标，培养出有“人味儿”的，能让身边的人感到舒服，幸福，能为社会做出贡献的“全人”呢？
为了让家校双方更好地理解不同阶段孩子所需的家庭养分、养育+教育方式、亲子沟通技巧以及在家校中常见问题的解决方式等，成都康礼学校小学部家校沟通坊将通过不同主题、形式的活动，来促进家校共育，在家长与学校领导教师互动和支持的模式中去探讨、发现养育+教育的方法：
世界上没有千人一面的教育方法，因为人是千差万别的，要因人而异。养育+教育孩子不是一朝一夕的事情，我们有爱更要有原则，教养一致，良性沟通，理性聆听，适时放手——这些都是我们作为“大人”需要学习的关键技能，只要家校的“大人”好好学习，学生一定能“天天向上”。
教育是一项艰巨而又重要的任务，它需要我们所有人的共同努力。我们期待在家校沟通坊和家长们共同学习，相互交流，一起成长，为我们的孩子创造一个更好的未来，让每一个孩子绽放出属于自己的光芒。

In order to implement the National Program for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020), we will promote the establishment of the lower School system. To further strengthen the union and communication between schools and families, jointly form education forces, and create an education ecosystem, that is, "parenting + education". At the same time, in order to better listen to and serve the needs of parents, provide more opportunities for parents to participate in various activities in the lower School, witness the growth of children, and build a good platform for home-school cooperation. This year, our primary division of Conley School opened a home-school communication workshop.
As Professor Li Meijin said: the family is the starting point of our life, family education is the key to the growth of children, is the foundation of school education and social education. Children's personality is formed in the family (especially psychological upbringing), thrive in school, and contribute to society, so what do we really want in the process of parenting and education? How to build such a co-education platform to achieve our education goals, cultivate a "human flavor" that can make people around feel comfortable, happy, and contribute to the society?
To facilitate both sides of the parent-school relationship to better understand the family nutrients needed by children at different stages of their lives, parenting+education methods, parent-child communication skills, and solutions to common problems at home and school, the Parent-School Workshop of the lower school of Cogdel School Chengdu will promote parent-school co-education through different forms of activities under different themes,
Home school afternoon tea;
Reading at home and school together;
Family Education Exploration series salon;
Various series of activities at home and school;
to explore and discover parenting+education methods in an interactive and supportive model between parents and school leaders and teachers.
consistent upbringing, good communication, rational listening, timely letting go...
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to parentin gin the world, because people are different and vary from person to person. Parenting+education is not an overnight thing. We have love but also have to have principles of consistency in upbringing and parenting, healthy communication, rational listening and letting go at the right time --- these are the key skills we as the "grown-ups" need to acquire. Only if the "grown-ups" int the parent-school relationship learn well, the student will certainly "day day up".
Education is a difficult but important task that requires the concerted efforts of us all. We look forward to learning, communicating and growing with parents at the Parent-School Workshop to create a better future for our children and let each and every one of them to shine in his or her own light.
