老师环创工作坊:打造舒适、专业的国际化学习环境

近日,老师们在小学部副主任兼IB小学协调员丁培培老师的带领下,进行了一场别开生面的环创主题工作坊。

ASJ teachers conducted a special workshop on designing learning environment  recently under the leadership of Lisa Ding, the deputy director of Primary department as well as the IB PYP Coordinator.

环境是第三位老师,IB国际文凭课程也特别注重环境的创设,相关文件曾指出:学习环境是学习发生的情境。学习会发生在促进协作和具有共同的目的感和归属感的环境当中(IB官方文件《学习社区》)。

The environment is the third teacher, and the Iternational Baccalaureate Organizationalso emphasizes designing the environment, as IB official document The Learning Community states: A learning environment is the context in which learning happens. Learning occurs in environments that promote collaboration and a shared sense of purpose and belonging.

近日,老师们在小学部副主任兼IB小学协调员丁培培老师的带领下,进行了一场别开生面的环创主题工作坊。在工作坊正式开始之前,丁老师以一个趣味十足的破冰游戏(Bingo)激发老师们相互了解的热情,增进了教师团队的凝聚力。

ASJ teachers conducted a special workshop on designing learning environment  recently under the leadership of Lisa Ding, the deputy director of Primary department as well as the IB PYP Coordinator. An icebreaker game successfully inspired the teachers and smoothly facilitated the start of the workshop.




探究式教学法

Inquiry-based Teaching Method



培训正式开始,丁老师推翻传统的培训模式,创新地运用IB教学理念中的探究式教学法开展整个培训过程。老师们按照学生上课的方式,在一个探究循环中,对相关的理念进行了深入的探讨与交流。

Miss Ding overturned the traditional training model and innovatively used the 

inquiry-based teaching method of the IB teaching philosophy.The teachers discussed

the relevant concepts in an inquiry cycle in accordance with the way students are taught.



培训过程中,大家通过头脑风暴的方式温故了什么是学校的环创,好的环创是什么样子的?

接着大家通过有IB课堂中常用的教学策略“粉笔谈话”针对“为什么要进行环创”进行了学习。大家探讨了IB如何将教育理念与环创相结合,体现“以学生为中心”,激发“自我效能感”和“主观能动性”,展现“国际情怀”。

During the training, teachers had a better understanding of the reason for the learning environment creation" through "Chalk Talk", and conducted an in-depth study on how IB combines its pedagogy with design, embodying "student-centered", inspiring "self-efficacy" and "agency", and showing "international mindedness".

如何进行环创

The Way To Create Learning Environment



针对如何进行环创,老师们结合前面的讨论,有了更加深入的认识。他们在“停车场”海报里贴上自己的新想法,由两位老师作为主持人向大家进行了细致的介绍。

Teachers posted their new ideas about the way to create learning environment in the "Parking Lot" poster after the previous deep discussion.





IB课程是基于概念的教学,包括重大概念、相关概念和学科子概念等,概念教学有助于我们将当今世界纷繁复杂的知识和技能做统整,帮助学生基于他们已有的知识和经验,生成深度理解,并学以致用,是素质教育的最佳教学工具之一。相关的概念贴图会出现在我们的教室里,学生们会始终基于这些高度凝练的概念,对自己每日所学进行抽象概括和不断反思。

IB courses are concept-based teaching, including major concepts, related concepts and subject sub-concepts,etc. Concept teaching helps students unify the complex knowledge and skills , generate in-depth understanding and apply what they have learned based on their existing knowledge and experience, which is one of the best teaching tools for quality education. These concept maps will be put in classrooms to help students abstract and reflect on their daily learning based on these highly condensed concepts.



IB的课堂非常强调学习者的主观能动性,尊重学生的提问,主张自主探究式学习,所以每个班级都要求设置问题墙,以便于学生随时记录自己的问题,大家在课上课下一起通过收集和调查资料,进行分享和解决。此外,我们还会设置丰富的学生作品展示区,让每一位学生的学习成果得到充分展现。

IB classrooms place great emphasis on learner initiative, advocating independent inquiry-based learning. Each classroom is required to set up a wonder wall where students share and solve them together in and out of class by collecting and investigating information, and a rich display area allowing student's learning work to be fully displayed in our school.



当然,除此之外,我们还有丰富的单元介绍、班级公约、新闻墙、生日墙、阅读区角,等等等着大家一起来头脑风暴,设计装扮属于自己的教室!

In addition,each classroom has a unit introduction, classroom agreements, news wall, birthday wall, reading corners,etc. We are also waiting for our students to brainstorm together and design our own classroom!





工作坊接近尾声之时,丁老师以“3-2-1”的反思小工具作为总结,邀请老师们写下“我学到了什么?”“我还有什么问题?”“我面临怎样的挑战?”。老师们积极踊跃地上台发言,交换想法,产生了思维的碰撞。

Towards the end of the workshop, Miss Ding summarized with the "3-2-1" reflection, teachers actively spoke on stage and exchanged ideas about "What have I learned?" "What questions do I have?" "What challenges do I face?".



老师们已经开始积极投入到教室的环境创设之中,期待与即将到来的同学们一同打造属于我们自己的班级和校园!

Teachers are actively engaged in the classroom learning environment design and looking forward to creating our own class and campus with the our students !
