正面管教在教学过程中如何落地?

近日,ASJ的老师们参加了以“正面管教”为主题的工作坊,一起来看看我们的收获吧。




2021年8月5日上午,ASJ全体教职员工齐聚体育馆参加了以“正面管教”为主题的工作坊。特邀嘉宾东莞伊顿教育集团行政人事总监、东莞伊顿&伊仕顿教育集团学前教育部总监、美国正面管教协会认证双讲师(家庭/学校)、萨提亚家庭治疗模式咨询师--郭燕群女士介绍了正面管教的核心理念,通过典型个案分析孩子行为背后的原因,并通过创设问题情境分享了具有可操作性但又不乏个性化的教育措施,鼓励教师在今后教学中积极进行正面管教实践。

On the morning of 5 August 2021, all ASJ staff members gathered at the gymnasium to attend a themed workshop " Positive Discipline in the Classroom". Ms. Guo Yanqun, Director of Administration and Human Resources of Eton House International Education Group • Dongguan, Director of Preschool Education Department of Dongguan Eton House International Education Group & Easton Education, Certified Instructor (Home/School) of the American Association for Positive Discipline, and Consultant of Satya Family Therapy Model, introduced the core concepts of positive discipline, analyzed the reasons behind children's behavior in some typical cases, and shared practicable customized measures when tackling those difficult problems, encouraging ASJ teachers to practice positive discipline in their future teaching.



活动伊始,郭女士设计的“找相似处”游戏,加深了老师们对彼此的了解,也缩短了因业务关系相互之间接触较少的同事之间的距离。郭女士建议老师们可以用类似的游戏来帮助新生快速地了解同学,不管是“习趣相近”还是个性迥然,都要学会欣赏自己与他人,学会与人相处,尽快适应学校环境,积极面对充满各种机遇与挑战的新生活。

At the beginning of the workshop, Ms Guo designed a warming-up game called "Find Our Commonalities", which offered an opportunity for the teachers to become better acquainted and was a way for colleagues who have less common work assignments to get acquainted with each other. Ms Guo suggested that teachers make use of this game in their classes to help students to make friends with each other, whether their peers share "similar interests" or have different personalities, learn to appreciate themselves and others, learn to get along with others, adapt to the school environment as soon as possible, and positively face their new lives full of opportunities and challenges.



正面管教的根本特点是不惩罚、不娇纵、不过度控制。正面管教的基本态度是尊重、和善与坚定并行。正面管教的重要策略是鼓励。

The fundamental principle of positive discipline is to be neither permissive nor punitive, neither coddle nor overcontrol the children. The basic attitude is to respect, to be kind and firm at the same time. An important strategy of positive discipline is to encourage.



紧接着,郭女士又通过一个情景创设问题,解密四大个性特征。做出选择的老师们分成四组,分别讨论本组性格类型的老师可能存在的教育教学优势、弱势、可能对孩子的影响以及改善措施。

Afterward, Ms Guo put forward a multiple-choice question and demystify the four personality traits types. The teachers with different choices were divided into four groups to discuss the possible strengths, weaknesses, possible influence on their students and measures for improvement.




孩子行为背后的目的是什么?如何矫正孩子的问题行为?老师和家长要“赢得”孩子,不要赢了孩子,要学会用共情化解孩子的负面情绪,用启发提问引发孩子的自我教育,用健康赞美培养孩子的自信自尊,用正面态度激励孩子的好学上进。

What is the purpose behind a child's behavior? How can we correct a child's problematic behavior? Teachers and parents need to "win over" the child, not “win out over” the child, learn to empathize with the child to help get rid of his or her negative emotions, to invite children to discover how capable they are and to use their personal power in constructive ways, and motivate the child to learn and improve with affirmation, praise, and appreciation.


精彩瞬间 Highlights of the workshop


在这短短的两个半小时时间里,小组讨论、角色扮演,互动丰富,参与感满满。ASJ的教师们在一次次合作中对正面管教的有效性和智慧教师的内涵有了更深的了解。愉快的时间总是过得飞快!活动结束时,教师们纷纷表示收获颇丰,以后的工作中会积极运用包括正面管教在内的各种有效教育教学方法,做与时俱进的智慧教师,助学生快乐学习,健康成长。

It was a SHORT two and a half hours full of group discussions, role plays, interaction, and participation. Through many collaborative assignments, the ASJ teachers gained a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of positive discipline and what makes a wise teacher. Time always flies! At the end of the workshop, attendants expressed their hearty thanks to Ms. Guo for such fruitful learning and their willingness to use various effective methods including positive discipline in their future work, trying to be wise teachers who can keep up with the times and facilitate students’ happy learning and healthy growth.
