Student Registration Announcement

根据疫情防控要求，我校各学部新生入学注册时间调整为：

8月25日9:30-16:30（幼小）

8月26日9:30-16:30（初高）

分批注册报到（详情见注册时间），现将有关事项通知如下：

According to the regulations of epidemic prevention and control, the registration time of new students in all levels of our school has been changed to ：

August 25.(Kindergarten & G1-G6)

August 26.(G7-G11)

Students are assigned a specific time slot during which they may register. Please find the table below for the registration arrangement.

COVID-19 Control and Prevention

暑假期间非必要不出省，所有师生员工开学前14天务必返粤，学生入学前需填写14天行程及体温登记表，准备好粤康码或穗康码。

 All students and staff should not leave Guangdong province unless necessary. All students and staff who have already traveled outside should arrive Guangdong Province 14 days before returning to school. Students should only be allowed to enter the school when they can provide a green code from the "Telecommunications Big Data Travel History App", and a green personal health code.

目前还在省外的各年级新生开学前14天务必返回居住地，减少外出和聚集。

All Students and staff who have already traveled outside should avoid crowds and gatherings. All students and staff must arrive Guangzhou 14 days before returning to school. 

所有返穗师生做好个人防护，注意安全，科学选择出行方式，不在人流密集处长期逗留。

All students and staff should take the necessary precautions against COVID-19 to stay healthy. Also, please avoid crowds on public transit. 

如出现发热、咳嗽等症状，佩戴一次性医用外科口罩及以上级别口罩，及时到就近的发热门诊进行排查和诊疗，就医过程尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具。

If you have a fever, cough, or other symptoms, please wear a mask and visit your nearest hospital for testing.

高风险地区所在县（区）来（返）穗师生员工，需按要求开展“7+7”健康管理（7天居家隔离+7天居家健康监测），并在第1、3、7、14天各开展一次核酸检测； 

Students and staff who have returned from counties at high risk of COVID-19 are required to quarantine themselves for 7 days at home and carry out the self-health monitoring for 7 days afterward. Also, they have to get tested for COVID-19 on the first, third, seventh, and fourteenth days following their arrival to Guangzhou.

高风险地区所在地市来（返）穗师生员工，需按要求开展“三天两检”和14天居家健康监测；

 Students and staff who have returned from cities at high risk of COVID-19 are required to quarantine themselves for 14 days at home, and they should be tested over 3 days, with an interval of 36 hours between tests.

出现本地传播的中风险地区所在地市来（返）穗师生员工，需按要求开展一次核酸检测+14天自我健康监测；

Students and staff who have returned from cities at medium-risk of COVID-19 are required to receive a nucleic acid test and carry out self-health monitoring for at least 14 days.

所有外省返穗师生员工，抵穗后要进行一次核酸检测。

All students and staff who have been to other parts of China are required to get a nucleic acid test upon arrival in Guangzhou. 

配合学校开学前72小时内测一次核酸

Test for COVID-19 

within 72 hours before school starting time

根据广州市疾控中心和市教育局要求，学生应配合学校在秋季学期开学前72小时内进行一次核酸检测。具体测试安排等待学校进一步通知。

According to the regulations of Guangzhou CDC and the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Education, students have to cooperate with the school to conduct COVID-19 testing within 72 hours before the start of the fall semester. Specific testing arrangements await further notice from the school.

积极接种新冠疫苗

COVID-19 Vaccine Policy

学生开学前必须接种新冠疫苗。目前我市12-17岁人群疫苗接种工作正在有序加快推进，希望广大家长严格按照要求，积极配合开展假期孩子的新冠疫苗接种工作。

Middle and high school students between the ages of 12 and 17 are required to get vaccinated before school starts. Parents should schedule their children’s COVID-19 vaccine appointment as soon as possible.

居家和外出活动期间应遵守疫情防控规定，坚持“个人防控四要”（口罩要戴、社交距离要留、个人卫生要做、新冠疫苗要打），加强个人防护，养成良好卫生习惯，戴口罩、勤洗手、保持安全距离，减少不必要的聚集活动。

You should strictly comply with the local COVID-19 prevention and control requirements. Protect yourself by wearing a mask, practicing social distancing, maintaining good hygiene, and getting vaccinated.

Registration Process

1.入校门口接受测温，查验行程码（学校大门）

All parents and students should enter through the front gate where the guard will check your code from the "Telecommunications Big Data Travel History App” and take the temperature.

2.填写入学注册表、签署家长许可书，学生手册、住宿生手册，校车管理规定，交齐学生相关资料（行政楼一楼）；

Parents should fill in the enrolment registration form and sign the statement of rules and regulations in Student Handbook and Boarding Handbook. Parents will also need to sign the School Bus Service Agreement. After signing the documents, please submit them to the office on the first floor of the Administration Building.

3. 领取入学注册流转单（行政楼一楼）；

Get the admission procedure checklist on the first floor of the Administration Building.

4. 领取入学通知书、校历作息、时间表、（室内体育馆）；

Get the official offer letter、 the timetable, calendar at the Gym,

5.核对学生住宿、校车路线（室内体育馆）；

Go through the details regarding the accommodation and school bus service at the Gym.

6. 领取住宿用品（住宿生领取）等物品（室内体育馆）；

Get the dormitory supplies at the Gym.

7. 领取校服

Get the school uniforms at the Gym.

8. 注册结束The registration complete.

Submit materials

2.学生所就读学校过去两年的官方成绩单或在校评价报告（中英文皆可，或英文翻译报告），小一年级或以下可豁免。

Official school report from past two school years in English(or verifiable English translation)or Chinese,excluding for G1 and Kindergarten application.

3. 目前接种/免疫记录的复印件

Copy of vaccination / immunisation record。

4.体检报告(常规体检证明) 

Medical report (Routine Physical Examination)

5.学生个人证件照电子版（2寸皆可） 

Soft copy of student photo（2 inches are acceptable）

6.家长/监护人的护照/身份证复印件

Copy of Parent’s /Guardian’s Passport/ID 

7.学费缴费凭证
