AIC学习者社区在师生返校首周准备了精彩丰富的学习活动。就读预备课程、IGCSE，AP，A-Level和IBDP课程的同学们通过投入一系列团建及学术课堂活动，互相熟络起来。

教职团队培训

Staff Orientation

教职团队培训由执行校长Bob Darwish、副校长Water Jiang及David Dai主持。

The faculty and staff orientation was led by Bob Darwish, our Head of School, and the Deputy Heads of School, Water Jiang and David Dai. 

校长向教职团队强调了AIC作为一所以学生为中心的学校，其使命、愿景和教学理念都围绕此根本目标展开，校方重视学生的安全、保障和学习体验。

The Head of School emphasized that AIC is a student-centered school, and that the school's mission, vision and teaching philosophy revolve around this fundamental goal. Focus on student safety, safeguarding, and learning experiences highlighted the many training sessions. 

校领导还强调到，每位教职员工都是AIC社区中的榜样，应以身作则。

The school leaders emphasized that every staff member is a role model within the community, and should lead by example. 

毕业班升学培训

University Counselling

学校升学指导团队老师对2022毕业班同学的学业表现进行跟踪评估，并为同学提供有针对性的指导。

The AIC University Counselling team tracked and evaluated the academic performance of graduating class, to provide guidance for the class of 2022 and to individual student.

领导力培训

Leadership Training

Nicola，Gary和Joseph老师为11年级同学组织了精彩活动，鼓励同学们发掘培养自身领导力，并强化团队凝聚力。

Our teachers, Nicola, Gary and Joseph, organized a series of wonderful activities for Grade 11 students, encouraging them to to explore and cultivate leadership skills and team cohesion.

学生会迎新活动

Orientation Day by Student Council

8月19日，学生会的同学们精心为大家策划了全日迎新活动，他们热情欢迎师生们在新学年重返校园。

On August 19th, the AIC Student Council organized a full-day of orientation activities for all students. In the first session, they welcomed back all students and staff to the new academic year.

学生代表分享经验 Advises from students

他们还向大家介绍了新学期校园作息时间和班级设置。

They also introduced the school timetable and classes allocations for the new semester.

随后，他们还鼓励大家以四大院队为单位，展开一系列趣味竞赛活动。

In the following sessions, a range of fun games and activities were designed to encourage team building as well as competitions amongst the 4 AIC houses.

首场校园集会

The First Assembly

本学期首场校园集会由执行校长Bob Darwish主持，他鼓励同学们在新学期积极走出舒适区，挑战自我，坚持不懈，实现全面发展，以做更好的自己！

The first school assembly of this semester was hosted by Bob, our Head of School. He encouraged the students to actively step out of their comfort zones, to work hard and to persevere, and to do their best to become the best version of themselves!

学校食堂为迎接大家返校，也准备了多元化的丰盛美食，祝大家开学愉快！

In order to welcome everyone back to school, the school canteen also prepared a variety of delicious food.
