在家长会上我听到了最感动的声音-记“三方会谈”家长会

身为师者,我们听到的世界上最感动的声音是什么?是学生发自内心对老师的感谢,是家长对教师教学质量的肯定

身为师者,我们工作的意义和价值不就是点燃成千上万的莘莘学子对知识的渴望并传道授业结果,让成千上万的家庭看到孩子的美好前景和希望吗?

在2022年2月12日广州暨大港澳子弟学校的校园里,我们看到了,我们听到了,我们感受到了。



在新学期开学的第一个周末,广州暨大港澳子弟学校的校园里,召开了一次别开生面的家长会,这次家长会是“三方会谈”的形式,即教师、家长、学生。老师、家长和孩子三方坐下来一同交流,孩子们展示自己成长的足迹,反思自己第一学期的学习表现,并确定今后努力的方向。

As teachers, what are the most heart touching words we have heard in the world? They must be the students' heartfelt thanks to the teachers and the parents' affirmation of the teachers' teaching quality. 


As teachers, we are desired to ignite thousands of students' desire for knowledge and preach what we teach to let thousands of families see their children's bright prospects.


On the first weekend of the new semester, unique parent meetings were held in the form of "tripartite talks" on the campus of the Affiliated School of Jinan University for Hong Kong and Macao Students. Teachers, parents and students were asked to join. Thankfully, we received gratitude from students and parents.

我的孩子在学校的成绩如何?

我的孩子在学校学到了什么知识?

我的孩子是不是有了进步?

我的孩子是否展现了在家里看不到的独立和懂事?

大部分家长带着这一连串的问题如约来到了班主任老师、学科老师面前,和老师们面对面就自己孩子的个性化问题和一些针对性问题进行了访谈和了解。



老师和家长都谈了什么?


在班主任老师、任课老师和家长的互动中,老师们向家长展示了孩子们的成长的足迹,同时也对孩子们第一学期的表现给家长们一个精准的反馈和学习上的建议,并和学生家长共同确定了今后努力的方向。


老师们就孩子们的在校表现进行了客观的陈述,充分肯定他们的优点与进步,希望他们能继续保持,同时也针对性地提出了期许。


During the talks, teachers, parents and students communicated with one another. 


What was the performance of my child at school? What did my child learn at school? Has my child made progress? Does my child show independence and sensibility which may not be identified by us? Most parents met the homeroom teachers and subject teachers with this series of questions. 


The students would explain what they learned in the first semester, reflect on their academic performance and determine the direction of their future efforts. At the same time, the teachers would make an objective statement on the students’ performance in school and affirm their improvement, hoping that they can continue to maintain. Teachers also pertinently put forward expectations.

对于性格内敛、缺乏自信的孩子们,鼓励他们勇于发出自己的声音,让大家听到、看到、认识自己,从身边的同伴开始,一步一步扩大自己的舞台,充分展现自己


对于性格爱冲动、放任不羁的孩子,老师们则建议他们提高自我管理能力,做到文明用语,控制情绪,宽以待人,发展广泛的阅读兴趣,修身养性,陶冶情操。


The students who were introverted and lack of self-confidence were advised to speak out loud and let their peers know themselves. They should show themselves step by step.


Meanwhile, the impulsive and unruly students were advised to improve their self-management ability, use polite words, control their emotions, be lenient to others, develop a wide range of reading interests and cultivate their sentiments.

一对一的面聊,心与心的交流,最大限度的保护了孩子的隐私,发现孩子成长中的问题,从而解决问题,共同帮助他们成为更好的自己。通过家校间更紧密的沟通与互动,这将帮助孩子在学术和生活道路上走得更顺畅。


This type of communication is effective in protecting the privacy of students, finding problems of the students, so as to work together to solve problems effectively and help the students become better themselves. 


Through closer communication and interaction between home and school, students will improve themselves and perform better in academy and life.  


The teachers showed the parents the performance of the students, and also gave the parents accurate feedback and learning advice on the students’ performance in the first semester.

最感动的声音


老师啊,我把孩子交给你们是我最大的放心。孩子以前在香港上了两年网课,由于这两年没有一个规律的学习环境,他没有什么体育锻炼,和同学之间也没有交往,在上网课的这两年,他并没有一个非常有效的约束力来约束自己的行为习惯,学习成绩直线下降,我着急啊。自从我看到了广州暨大港澳子弟学校的招生信息,我一下子觉得我的孩子有希望了。现在孩子已经在这里学习一学期了,他长高了 也结实了,我很高兴看到他和同学们在操场上的运动,也看到了他的学习行为习惯有了明显的改善,我感谢学校对他们的教育!感谢感恩!

I am confident to let students stay in ASJ. Two years ago, the child attended online courses in Hong Kong. However, he did not have a stable learning environment, had no physical exercise and did not communicate with his classmates. I was quite worried about his academic performance and behavior habits. I am glad to see that he has grown taller and become stronger after enrollment in ASJ. His behavior habits as well as learning habits have been significantly improved. I thank the school for its education!

我和孩子爸爸都是名校毕业的大学生,我们把孩子送到贵校,就是想让他走一条不同的学习道路。在开始的时候,我犹豫、焦虑、紧张。不知道我这条路选择对了没有。在开学初期,我也有动摇,也有怀疑。但是今天看到孩子的状况,我完全放心了。他变得更加阳光。更加快乐,同时在学业上也知道自觉和努力了,我感谢学校对孩子的培养。

We are both graduated from famous colleges. We sent our child to ASJ because we want our child to take a different learning path. In the beginning, we were hesitant, anxious and nervous. We wondered whether this was the right choice. When we saw the excellent condition of the child, we were completely relieved. He was happier than before and he studied harder than before. We would like to thank the school for the training of our child.

我感谢学校这一学期以来做的大量工作。我认为学校管理决策领导善于倾听家长的意见并积极采取行动,是我看到最好的一家学校我希望学校越来越好,我也会把我在香港的小儿子送到学校来,我相信这个学校能给我适合我孩子的教育。

ASJ has done much work this semester. I think the ASJ leaders are good at listening to guardians and taking active actions. ASJ is the best school I have ever seen. 

I hope the school will get better and better, and I will also send my youngest son in Hong Kong to this school. I believe this school can give a suitable education for my children.

广州暨大港澳子弟学校是一个IB学校,在开学初我也焦虑过,我开始不理解做为IB学校的教学方法,我认为只要学好数学英语就足够了。但是通过一学期的教学,我看到孩子的能力提高了,尤其是她的综合能力的提高。

孩子所学到的远远不仅限于书本知识,而是以书本知识为纲领所发散出的探究技能、资料搜集技能、沟通技能、自我管理技能等,这也正是IB课程的魅力所在。

ASJ is a school utilizing the IB curriculum. Actually, I was quite anxious at the beginning of the semester as I didn't understand how an IB school operates. I thought the subjects of Maths and English are of most important. But through a semester of teaching, I saw that the child's ability has improved, especially her comprehensive ability. What children learn includes but is not limited to theoretical knowledge, inquiry skills, data collection skills, communication skills, self-management skills and so on, which is the charm of the IB curriculum.

I would like to thank all the teachers for their efforts. This parent-teacher meeting makes me realize the responsibility and mission of all teachers! 三方会谈,严肃却不严厉,严中有爱。短短面谈时间,却展现了一幕幕亲子交流的动人场景:有赞许的微笑;有信赖的目光;有耐心的倾听;有轻松愉悦,亦师亦友的经验之谈;有温柔慈爱,语重心长的谆谆教导……


投之以木瓜,报之以琼瑶,老师被认可,工作更投入。家长们信任的眼神和对我们工作的肯定,这将是我们工作的动力和源泉。三方会谈,代表的是家长挚诚的关爱,是老师殷殷的期待,是学生坚定的决心,展现的是教育的真谛。广州暨大港澳子弟学校永远在追求给学生更好、更适合的教育!


Tripartite talks were strict and loving. Though the duration of the talks was short, all of the participants had wonderful, relaxed and unforgettable experiences. The tripartite talks represented the genuine care of parents, the expectations of teachers, the firm determination of students, and illustrated the true meaning of education. The affirmation from parents will be the driving force of our work. ASJ will continue to work on giving students a better and more proper education!
