Spring Festival Celebration 

爱莎牛气迎瑞虎，开启新的一年

ISA Tianhe International School held a Chinese New Year celebration. It was a good opportunity for children with different cultural backgrounds to experience Chinese traditional culture.

一年一度的“迎中国新年、习中华文化”庆祝活动，在此活动中文化背景各异的孩子们体验与感受中国传统节日文化的精髓与魅力，令国际化的校园里，暖暖的春意与浓浓的中国风情交相辉映。

Embrace Spring, World Maths Day 

拥抱春日、玩转数学

We were exploring the beauty of nature together in the walkathon and spring riding.

步行马拉松、春日骑行，一起感受和探究春日大自然的美好。

ISA Tianhe primary celebrated the World Maths Day to encourage students to take a break from the day-to-day maths lesson. It aimed to connect the global learning community and foster friendships between children of different cultures as they learn to excel in mathematics together.

爱莎天河学校全体小学学生共同庆祝了 “世界数学日” ，尽享数学学习的乐趣，并与来自不同国家和文化的孩子相互交流和切磋数学的机会。

Review of PYP Exhibition 

守护地球，IB学子在行动

The topic of the PYP Exhibition this year was “Sharing the Planet”, we focused on Planet Earth and how we can better take care of it to ensure that it will be passed on to later generations.

Charity Month Launching Ceremony, Book Week 

爱莎慈善月启动、漫游在书中海洋

The ISA Charity Month Launching Ceremony & Donation Ceremony was held in ISA Tianhe School. It represented a milestone in ISA’s charity accomplishments, and charity is about showing empathy and love and promoting positive energy.

2022年爱莎慈善公益月启动仪式暨捐赠仪式在爱莎天河学校校园内隆重举行。这是爱莎在公益路上的一个足迹,传递爱，播撒正能量。

During the Book Week, the students took part in a variety of fun and educational activities, such as Bookmark Competition, Book Fair, Buddy Reading and Character Day to promote their love of books, stories and reading.

在读书周里，学生们参加了一系列有趣且富含教育意义的活动，如书签设计，书展，伙伴阅读，书中角色装扮日。学生们在活动中不断地发展和提高对书籍、故事和阅读的喜爱。

Chinese Traditional Culture Exhibition，Happy Graduation

国学礼贤，文韵知智

China has a long history with deep cultural roots that remain fresh and relevant to this day. This semester, we have examined Chinese traditional culture in the Chinese elective courses, with a view to experiencing the Chinese classics, and learning from literacy masters to develop our understanding of traditional culture. This helped our students to better appreciate their cultural heritage and so enrich their personalities.

中华文化源远流长，底蕴丰富，流转千年而历久弥新。中国传统文化探究式学习，以期品国学、敬圣贤、赏文韵、修智识，让爱莎天河学子在体悟中国传统文化的路上遇见更好的自己。

Summer School 

充实缤纷的学习之旅

ISA Tianhe Summer School gave children a wonderful and enriching holiday, such as English, UOI, Literature, Math, Drama, Swimming, etc., which was combining academics and interests.

爱莎天河的暑期班给予孩子们一个精彩而丰富的假期，如英语、UOI、文学、数学、戏剧、游泳等，学术与兴趣相结合。孩子们在爱莎天河彼此相遇，共度一场快乐的暑期学习之旅。

Getting Ready to Start A New School Year

开学在即，与你不见不散

Congratulations to ISA students for their excellent results in the 2022 SIMOC (Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge)! Students from ISA won a total of 57 awards in the competition.  

祝贺爱莎学子在SIMOC取得可喜可贺的成绩。爱莎学子在新加坡国际数学奥林匹克挑战赛中斩获佳绩，共获57个奖项。

During the summer, various school projects have been carried out smoothly, such as the campus optimization project, staff training and teaching exchange seminars. The campus environment is optimized and upgraded to prepare for the new semester and give students a better learning environment. 

暑期期间，学校校园优化项目、员工培训、教师交流研讨等各个项目都在有条不紊地进行。校园环境优化升级，为新学期做好准备，给予学生一个更好的学习环境。

On August 29th, ISA Tianhe students returned to school as scheduled. And we also welcomed the new students becoming members of the ISA Tianhe community.

8月29日，爱莎学子们如约而至回归校园。同时，我们也热烈欢迎新同学们成为爱莎天河社区的一员。

A total of 14 ISA Tianhe students won 18 awards in the Chinese Language Festival.

爱莎天河学子在国际汉语节中斩获18个获奖证书，共有14位学子榜上有名！

ISA Tianhe held the Information Session and Back to School Night, where all of parents and teachers were invited to meet and communicate with each other and parents had face-to-face communication with teachers and learn about the school curriculum and students school life, and also made friends with other parents.

”返校之夜“当天，学校邀请了所有的家长进入校园与老师面对面交流，了解学校课程和学生校园生活的同时，还可以增进家长间的沟通交流。

Fun Autumn

Through the October Fun Day, students explored the mysterious world of the sea together and inquired about the wonders of discovery!

十纷趣味日以“海底世界”让孩子们有机会一起探索神秘的海洋世界，探究发现世界的奇妙！

Sport Day, Online Class

 秋日运动会、学习不止步

In Sports Day, The students tried their very hardest to complete each sport and enjoyed themselves, developing their teamwork, perseverance and confidence.

在运动会上，孩子们都尽自己最大的努力去完成每一项运动并乐在其中，从中培养他们的团队合作精神、锻炼坚强的毅力和增强自信心。

The sudden outbreak of the epidemic stopped the students from returning to school, and ISA Tianhe immediately launched the cloud-based classroom in an orderly and organised manner to ensure that students, to ensure student did not stop learning. Whether online or in-school, students maintain their interest in learning. It inspired children to learn at home and become lifelong learners no matter where they are.

突如其来的疫情，阻断了学生们返校的脚步，爱莎天河立即有序组织的启动云端课堂，确保学生，停课不停学。无论是线上还是线下，孩子们保持对学习的兴趣。让孩子们懂得无论身在何处都要学习，成为终身学习者。

As part of UOI and English lessons, It's important to allow students to make connections towards real life application of skills learnt within the classroom. The school invited Jemma Hatt, a writer of children literature to visit ISA Tianhe online and share her writing journey with students.

作为探究课程与英语阅读的一部分，爱莎天河希望学生能够从实践中学习。因此，学校结合学生课程有幸邀请到了来自英国的儿童文学作家Jemma Hatt云做客，与学生们进行了线上交流。
