WELCOME BACK
What a wonderful start to 2023! ISA Tianhe opened its doors this morning to welcome our children back to school. Their homeroom teachers were all waiting in the classrooms to greet them and are delighted to see them again face to face.
今天是2023年美好的开始！爱莎天河于今早打开校门重新欢迎孩子们返校。主班老师们一早在课室里等候迎接孩子们，我们都感到非常高兴可以与孩子们再次见面。

As I visited each class this morning, I witnessed the children’s positive energy and eagerness to learn. We are really pleased with the number of children who have returned, and for those who were unable to return to Guangzhou we continue to offer support and engagement online.
早上我走访了各个班级，亲眼见证孩子们对学习的积极与渴望。我们对返校孩子的人数也感到很欣慰。对于不能返回广州的孩子们，学校也将一如既往地提供线上学习的支持。
ISA Tianhe is proud to have 100 percent of teachers in attendance in school on this first day back, clearly demonstrating our commitment to our school community. Teachers will assess children over the next two weeks, both formally and informally and we will arrange support where needed, which can be discussed in your upcoming Parent Teacher Conferences on Friday 13th January.
爱莎天河也很自豪在复课的第一天，我校全体教师均没有缺勤正常回到学校，这也明确地表明了我校教职员工对学校社区的承诺。接下来两周时间里，老师们将对孩子们通过正式与非正式的形式进行评估，如有需要我校将提供支持，并在接下来1月13日（周五）的家长会上与您进一步沟通。
The school has come back to life, and with this strong and positive start to 2023, we are confident that this will be a great year for our whole ISA Tianhe community.
