上周, AIC升学部组织了同学们前往赴普华永道（PwC）进行参观。其意义在于增进同学们对现代商业运营的了解，加强对未来岗位的认知和职业兴趣探索。同学们以职场探访、职业体验为主题，对当下的热门行业进行咨询、分享以及商业实践体验三大模块开展。

In order to improve students' understanding of business operations, and to enhance their knowledge of future positions and explore their career interests, the AIC school counsellors organized a visit to PwC for the students last week to demonstrate how to do an ideal career planning based on their major, and experience business practice by case study. With the theme of workplace visit and professional experience, students carried out three modules of consultation, sharing and business practice experience on current popular industries.

参加这次PwC You Plus Achiever项目, 学生们了解到整个商业思维和对ESG的认知，热门专业热点解析，如何做好跟专业相匹配的职涯规划, 四大所期待的人才需具备哪些技能等, 使学生们建立个人品牌并探索他们未来的职业可能性。

Through the PwC You Plus Achiever programme, our students will be equipped with business mindsets and ESG awareness, set up their personal branding and exploretheir future career possibilities.

On March 2nd, some AlC student went for a day career experiencing at PwC. The event planner explained to us how PwC operates and how we should choose our majors and careers in the future. Throughout the whole day there were employees with us, ready to answer any questions we had. My biggest memory of this event was the last activity where we were asked to imagine ourselves as the planner for a party celebrating Xicha's new product, and were given 100 thousand yuan. We had to think of a name and destination for the party, as well as the purpose and what we wanted at the party. From this activity, I learnt the importance of teamwork and all the things we needed to consider for planning a big group with large sum of money.

3月2日，AlC的部分学生前往普华永道进行为期一天的职业体验。主持人向我们讲述了普华永道的运营方式，以及我们未来应该如何选择专业和职业。我对这场活动的最大记忆是项目实践环节, 我们模拟为喜茶新产品的策划人，获得10万元的策划预算。在实践中, 我们需要拟定聚会的名字和目的地。以及聚会的目的和我们想要达到什么样的效果。在这次活动中，我学到了团队合作的重要性，为一个拥有大笔资金的大团体进行规划, 我们需要考虑策划的每一个环节。

The practical activity was organized for us to complete a project plan for Hey Tea in a very limited time of only 25 minutes. Our team worked together very well. We learned about many business concepts and ideas, as well as improved improved our leadership, project management, communication and other soft skills.

这个实践活动就让我们在非常有限的时间内（只有25分钟）完成喜茶的项目计划。我们的团队合作得很好，每个同学都提出了自己的观点，并通过洞察力、项目管理、沟通和规划所需的所有软技能使我们提高了领导的能力。
